How to find out the temperature in the oven by the marks. Mora cookers

Cookers Mora. Common features and gas models

The modern market is replete with inexpensive cookers aimed at not too demanding consumer. Among these manufacturers, the Czech company Moravia and its products under the Mora brand are far from the last.

The company is not as big and famous as the Italian Indesit or the German AEG, but it has its own rich history. Which is able to shed light on the level of the brand.

Almost two hundred years of history

Mora Moravia dates back to 1825, when entrepreneur Josef Zverina, a resident of the Moravian town of Marianske Udoli (now Czech Republic), then part of Austria-Hungary, received a patent for the sale of metal products. The region was metallurgical, and business quickly went uphill.

But then a series of ups and downs led to a frequent change of both products manufactured (from nails to cast-iron hatches) and owners (at one time there were even Rothschilds among the shareholders).

V late XIX For centuries, the company was engaged in the production of indoor fireplaces-stoves, and this direction turned out to be so successful that soon the production of kitchen stoves became the main business of an already steadily flourishing enterprise.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Mora Moravia became one of the European leaders in the production of slabs. And in its entire history, it has sold more than 13 million of them, and more than half of them were exported. And the Meteor model turned out to be phenomenally successful, over a million units were sold in just ten years!

In socialist Czechoslovakia, the Mora Moravia company developed into a large diversified machine-building association, which included many enterprises.

In the post-socialist Czech Republic, the association was privatized, and in 2004 it joined the eminent Slovenian Gorenje Group. At the same time, Mora Moravia has formed a holding consisting of several independent companies for the production of cooking, heating and even aerospace technology.

Let's talk about space some other time, but today we have an acquaintance with the wonderful Mora stoves.

In total, Mora Moravia offers Russian customers over three dozen gas, combined and electric cookers. The choice, as you can see, is rich. Let's choose!

Sisterly traits

Outwardly, these plates are not very different from each other, their design is very simple and not outstanding, but quite modern and pretty. Oddly enough, they all have the same overall standard - 85x50x60 cm. That is, there are no models 50x50, 55x55 and even 60x60, which are usually present in the product portfolio of any large company that produces stoves.

But color solutions they have three. Of course, the basic one prevails for any manufacturers of large kitchen appliances White color giving the letter W at the end of an alphanumeric model designation code. But there are devices Brown color(BR) and stainless steel (X).

Each stove, with the exception of glass-ceramic, has an enamelled metal lid of the hob (in some cases, made of impact-resistant glass).

Oven with a volume of 55 l (three special models - 52) in case gas devices necessarily equipped with a gas control, which interrupts the gas supply if the flame suddenly goes out for some reason. The ovens are locked with a double-glazed door and are lined with heat-resistant enamel for easy cleaning.

In general, these ovens are designed in an elementary way: there are only three levels of stamped guides (only in one model they are removable), the set must include a wire grate and at least one baking sheet.

All stoves certainly have a drawer for dishes and accessories at the very bottom, the only difference is in its structure - a simple hinged door (in some of the cheapest models) or a pull-out container.

All cookers are equipped with adjustable feet.

Gas stoves

There are eleven models in this group, and if we discard the color differences and the difference in the material from which the hob covers (enamelled steel or impact-resistant glass) are made as irrelevant, there will be seven. Which is also a lot and presupposes the presence of a rich choice, with which you need to somehow figure it out.

All plates have a common technical base, from which modifications are based. For Mora, four burners are required on the hob, one of them with a capacity of 1 kW, another - 2.7 kW, plus two of 1.75 kW. With one exception, everyone has electric ignition of the burners in one form or another. The hob must have a light enamel grate.

And now a tale about the features of each model.

The most simple model in this row -. It has practically nothing beyond the basic set of technical tools and functions described above.

Moreover, there is not even an electric ignition of the burners, which is available on other stoves. Except that a thermometer on the oven door is added, which is rare for Mora technology.

So, we have completed our acquaintance with Mora gas stoves. but the lineup this brand is not exhausted. Ahead awaits us.

Basic principles of working with a gas stove:

  1. It would be best to ventilate the room every time before lighting the burners.
  2. The gas cock on the hose connecting to the gas pipeline must only be open when using the appliance.
  3. If the stove is not electrically ignited, then light the match before opening the burner tap handle. The use of electric and silicon lighters is undesirable. An electric ignition stove solves this problem - the fire is ignited automatically.
  4. In case of uneven burning of the burner, the skipping of the flame inside the burner, turn it off and wait a couple of minutes. Then try to ignite again. Trying to correct the position of the burner yourself is not worth it. In a normal state, with medium and full heat, the burner flame should be evenly distributed in divisions, in a bluish-green color, the height of the reeds should be about 2-2.5 cm.First, you should light the burner at full power, then adjust the height with the knob.
  5. The flame does not burn normally if:
    • Coptite, yellow color, smell is heard carbon monoxide life-threatening - lack of air in the system;
    • The flame seems to be hovering over the burner, making a noise similar to hissing and hissing - due to excess air in the system.

    In both cases, it is strictly forbidden to solve the problem yourself. It is necessary to contact the gas distribution system to call the master. He must correct the problem with the domestic gas equipment.

  6. Before using the oven, be sure to ventilate it by opening and closing the door several times. oven.
  7. It is necessary to ignite the burner of the oven through a special hole, at the same time opening the tap of the burner and bringing open fire to the hole. Check that the gas burns around the entire perimeter of the burner.
  8. To turn off the stove, you must first turn off all the valves of the burners and the oven, and then close the tap on the gas pipeline leading to the stove. This safety technique is essential when using any gas stove.

What not to do

Considering high level the dangers of working with gas, do not ignore the warnings. Be sure to adhere to all safety points if your stove is gas. The instruction prohibits:

  • use the stove with unchecked ventilation ducts;
  • use a device with a knowingly faulty or unreliable thermal indicator;
  • use a device with obvious mechanical damage, damage to the table grill, which can cause instability of the dishes;
  • use an oven that does not lock the door.

Moreover, it is forbidden to use the kitchen gas stove as heater, clutter up the approach to gas equipment, independently and without permission, change the position of the stove, independently carry out any repair actions and use dishes with a wide bottom on burners with low sides.

Manufacturers

This manual is suitable for most gas stoves. modern production... It does not include technological features, inherent in some models, however, completely regulates the main operation of the gas stove. In particular, you can work on it with plates of companies:

  • Gefest 3100, 1100;
  • Darina 1401, 1457;
  • Mora (Mora);
  • Elekta;
  • Russian woman;
  • Idel;
  • Brest 03, 1457 01;
  • Dako Diplomata
  • Veko (Beko);
  • Аrdo (Ardo);
  • Carpathians 12, 17;
  • Kaiser
  • Omichka;
  • Greta (Greta);
  • De luxe Evolution;
  • Indesit (Indesit);
  • Hansa (Hansa);
  • Gorenje (Burning);
  • Zanussi (Zanussi);
  • Ariston (Ariston);
  • Electrolux (Electrolux);
  • Nord (Nord).

In order to determine the temperature in the oven or in the oven by divisions, they mainly use its instructions. Each technique where gas is connected is accompanied by an instruction manual. The instructions say Maximum temperature the oven itself and the scale of division is given to the temperature in Celsius (° C). These ovens have dial knobs. The number of divisions and the maximum temperature are different for all models. Some ovens can have 6, 7, 8 or 9 divisions. But how to determine the temperature in them. Switches on ovens can be not only for gas, but also for electric ones. After all, not all models have electronic display.

The oven has a specific maximum temperature. It is different for all models. Also, the maximum temperature is different for electrical and at gas ovens... Gas ovens generally have a lower temperature than electric ovens. For example, the maximum temperature electric oven can go up to 290 degrees Celsius, and at gas- up to 250 degrees Celsius.

Many have had gas ovens for a long time, some have been left from their parents, and some have been presented. But the oven instruction may not be there. We are going to prepare a dish, but we do not know how to turn the switch, what number to put on. What temperature does it correspond to. For this, there is an approximate correspondence of division to temperature.

On the oven, instead of degrees, numbers from 1 to *, temperature table

If there are 9 divisions in a gas oven, and the maximum reaches 280 degrees Celsius, then:

If there are 8 divisions in a gas oven, and the maximum reaches 280 degrees Celsius, then:

If there are 8 divisions in a gas oven, and the maximum reaches 250 degrees Celsius, then:

If there are 7 divisions in a gas oven, and the maximum reaches 250 degrees Celsius, then:

If there are 5 divisions in a gas oven, and the maximum reaches 266 degrees Celsius, then:

There are also gas stoves with an oven where there are 4 divisions, but I could not find how many in degrees, since the maximum heating of the oven is not indicated in the instructions either.

If in electric oven 7 divisions, and the maximum reaches 250 degrees Celsius, then:

Compliance figures are approximate. The exact temperature can be found out using the built-in thermometer, designed to determine the temperature.

On modern market there are many inexpensive cookers, aimed at not too demanding consumer. Among this equipment, far from the last place belongs to gas stoves manufactured under the Mora brand. For many decades, they have proudly held the title of very reliable and high-quality units.

Externally, Mora slabs are not much different from each other. They are very simple, but quite cute and modern design... Oddly enough, all these plates are produced with the same dimensions - 50x60x85, that is, there are no models with dimensions 50x50 or 60x60. But there are as many as three color solutions. White predominates, but there are brown and stainless steel plates.

For Mora hobs, 4 burners are required on the hob... One of them has a capacity of 2.7 kW, another one - 1.0 kW, and two more - 1.75 kW each. The ovens are equipped with gas controls, double-glazed doors and heat-resistant enamel for easy cleaning. There is certainly a drawer under the oven for kitchen utensils, which expensive models can be pulled out, and the cheap ones have a simple hinged door.

Advantages of Mora boards

Mora cookers offer the same benefits as all gas cookers. This is both quick ignition and the ability to use different types utensils, and cheaper to operate in comparison with electric ones.

Additionally, among the advantages of these plates, I would like to note:

  • high functionality and quality;
  • ease of use;
  • Availability protective system gas control;
  • the ability to adjust the height of the legs;
  • affordable cost.

Criterias of choice

When deciding which stove to choose for your kitchen, you need to decide how often you will cook on it and what functions are especially important for you. First of all, one should take into account such selection criteria as dimensions, number of burners, hob material, oven capabilities, and various additional functions.

Dimensions and number of burners

As mentioned above, all Mora gas stoves have the same dimensions and the same number of burners, so you don't have to think long when choosing these parameters. Two burners have an average level of heat transfer, one is the highest power, and one is the lowest power.

Hob

The hob is usually made of such durable and safe materials like enamelled and stainless steel. Enamelled slabs are relatively inexpensive. Hob made of stainless steel significantly increases the cost of equipment, but it is easy to clean and does not undergo chemical attack.

Currently, slabs with tempered glass panels are also available. This material is particularly durable. In addition, it is easy to clean and is not prone to plaque formation. Tempered glass panels, like enameled ones, have a fairly wide choice of colors.

Oven

A very important parameter when choosing an oven is its capacity. For large family or for those who like to experiment in the kitchen, there are quite impressive stoves with ovens. The ovens in Mora gas hobs have two heating modes. The lower heating is carried out using a gas burner, and the upper heating is carried out by a gas or electric grill fixed at the top.

Today, gas stoves are produced with multifunctional gas ovens.... They use hollow burners, inside of which it is impossible to blow out gas, and rapid and uniform heating of the prepared food is provided by forced circulation of heated air.

The inner surface of the oven may have various properties that can greatly facilitate the cleaning process. For example, ovens of expensive models are equipped with a self-cleaning pyrolytic system, in which food residues and drops of fat are burned out using high temperature(500 degrees). They turn into ordinary ash, which can be easily removed with a damp sponge.

Cheaper cookers have a catalytic cleaning system. The cleaning process takes place at the time of preparation of the dish with normal heating up to 200-300 degrees. This method is less effective than the pyrolytic method, so the oven will need to be cleaned by hand from time to time.

Functions

Modern gas stoves are equipped with many functions that improve the process of their operation.

Electric ignition function

This function provides for safe ignition gas burners using an electric spark. Electric ignition can be manual or automatic. With manual electric ignition, the hotplate can be turned on by pressing a special button on the control panel. With automatic this system combined with gas supply regulators, so a spark is formed immediately after turning the control knob. If there is no electricity, ignition will not function.

Gas control system

This system automatically cuts off the gas supply to the burners when the flame goes out. The reliability of its operation is ensured by special sensors that react to the activity of the burner flame. If the burner goes out for some reason, a safety valve in the gas control system will work and immediately cut off the gas supply.

Timer

Gas stoves use mechanical or electrical timers with an audible signal. With their help, the intervals of time required for the preparation of a dish are set. After this time has elapsed, the timer signals the need for shutdown by means of an audible signal.
