hrs dispensers from dlx ma mb. DLX Pumps

The Italian manufacturer of dosing systems, ETATRON presents the DLX-MA/MB microprocessor-controlled diaphragm pump. The equipment has a fairly simple design, which ensures its reliability and the almost complete absence of mechanical problems.

The principle of operation of the DLX-MA/MB pump is based on the movement of a piston with a membrane under the influence of an electromagnetic field. This liquid dosing scheme eliminates the need for lubrication. As a result, the device requires almost no maintenance.

Features of the DLX-MA/MB model

The presented series includes equipment with a maximum capacity of 1 to 20 l/h at back pressure up to 20 bar. The flow part of the pump can be made of various materials, including PVC, PVDF, PP, plexiglass and stainless steel. This wide range of options allows for chemical compatibility with various media.

The advantages of the DLX-MA/MB pump include:

  • informative segment-digital display;
  • the ability to adjust the performance from 0 to 100% in 1 percent increments;
  • the presence of two indicators for displaying the working status;
  • anti-acid case;
  • protection of the control panel with a waterproof polyester film that is not destroyed by ultraviolet radiation;
  • the ability to select the operating mode with three touch buttons.

The complete set of the pump DLX-MA/MB can be various depending on requirements of the buyer.

Solenoid membrane dosing pumps Etatron DLX is the most versatile series with a PTFE head. The high chemical resistance of pump materials allows them to be used for dosing almost any reagent. DLX pumps are available with both analog and microprocessor control. Pump housings made of plastic, protected from acid fumes. The control panel is protected against ultraviolet radiation special film. Protection against dust and moisture IP 65. Performance depending on the model from 1 to 20 l/h, pressure up to 20 bar. standard height self-priming for all models 2 meters.

DLX pumps are mounted vertically and have a standard wall mount. A special version of the DLXB comes with a bracket for mounting on a horizontal surface. The DLXB option costs 20 euros more than the standard pump.

Like most other solenoid dosing pumps, the DLX series is controlled by changing the number of pulses per minute. However, the DLXB option has an optional R/C cap that allows the piston stroke to be adjusted for more accurate dosing at low flow rates. The cost of such a cover is 58 euros.

Different versions of DLX series pumps

The DLX dosing pump range consists of 8 various options execution. The first of them is analog, the remaining seven are microprocessor-based. The analog pump does not support the level sensor, but all microprocessor options do (the level sensor is not included in the pump package).

MA/AD is the simplest manual pump. The only analog pump in the DLX range. It has a dual dosing scale in the ranges of 0-100% and 0-20% (for more accurate dosing of small volumes). The only pump in the DLX range that does not support a level sensor.

MA/MB - dosing pump with microprocessor control. Instead of a rotary potentiometer knob, the performance is set on a digital display in 1% increments.

CC/M - proportional dosing pump from external 4-20 mA signals. Manual dosing is also possible (similar to the MA/AB variant). Supports reverse dosing mode.

VFT/MBB - proportional dosing pump from an external pulse flow meter. For each pulse, the pump gives out a certain portion of the reagent (the portion is set in the modes 1xN, 1:N, 1xN (M - with a parameter in memory), where N is the number of received pulses). Can also work in manual dosing mode.

MF/M is the most advanced proportional dosing pump that supports both pulse flow meter, and 4-20 mA signals. The only pump in the DLX range to have a backlit two line LCD display (all other microprocessor pumps have a non backlit single line display). Also has timer, buzzer, clock, relay output alarm. In addition to the level sensor, the pump supports a flow sensor (not included).

PH-RX/MBB is a proportional dosing pump with integrated pH/RedOx controller. The user defines which parameter the pump controls. pH is measured from 0 to 14, and RedOx (redox potential) from -1000 to +1400 mV (millivolts). The pump operates in constant or proportional mode. Power-on delay function. In addition to the level sensor, the pump supports a flow sensor (not included).

PH-RX-CL/M - version similar to the previous one, but in addition to the pH/RedOx controller, a chlorine controller is also added (measurement range 0-20 ppm or mg/l). Output 4-20 mA. Alarm relay output. Temperature compensation in automatic mode(when installing the appropriate PT100 sensor). In addition to the level sensor, the pump supports a flow sensor (not included).

CD/M - proportional dosing pump with CD (conductivity) controller. Conductivity is measured in the range 0 to 1000 or 0 to 10,000 µS (microximens or µS). Output 4-20 mA.

Operating conditions

Temperature environment must be between 0 and +40 °C.

Relative air humidity is not more than 80% if the ambient temperature is up to +31 °C. At +40 °C relative humidity no more than 50%.

Single-phase power supply 220 volts (permissible deviation 210-250 volts). Upon request, DLX pumps can be manufactured with low voltage supply 12 volts.

The height of the pump during operation should not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.
