Rows with an elastic band on the floor 3x15 for each hand. 10. Abs bicycle 3x15 11. Leg raises 👆3x10 12. Touch the knee with your hand alternately 3x10. ✅Important❗️ Be sure to warm up before training! At the end of the workout, do some gentle stretching. Rest between sets for 2 minutes. Rest between exercises for 1 minute. We drink water in small sips during training 💪
