Feet shoulder width apart. The feet are flat on the floor.

Place your palms on your hips as shown in the illustration. Tilt your body to the left, with your right palm press on the large trochanter of the right thigh, resisting further lifting of the thigh up and to the side. With the palm of your right hand, push your right thigh outward, with your hands helping to narrow the pelvic bones.

Change the position of the pelvis by tilting the body to the right. Repeat the same action.

Repeat the cycle of movements 10 times.

Feet shoulder width apart. The feet are flat on the floor.

You can do this exercise without the tape, although you can leave the tape on if you like.

The first picture shows how to incorrectly perform the exercise - during this exercise, the back should not be rounded. The spine should be taut all the time, the face looks forward, not going beyond the knee line.

Stand with your back straight. Your spine is stretched as much as possible. With your palms in the lock, grab the back of your head, elbows are open.

Lower your buttocks down, tilting your upper body forward until your body is at a 90-degree angle to your hips and your knees, as shown in the image. The elbows remain open, the spine is taut. The head maintains a single axis with the spine, the face looks forward.

Return to starting position. Repeat the exercise 10-20 times.

Exercise 5. Correction of the frontal curvature of the pelvis.

Stand 1 meter from the wall. Get down on your knees, feet and knees put together.

Place your hands on the wall and, bending the knee of your right leg, lunge forward.

Using strong arms, lift your left foot off the floor, but try to keep your heel flat on the floor, stretching the Achilles tendon of your left foot as much as possible. Hold in the tightest position for 10 seconds, trying to bring the muscle tension to the thigh, including the inner thigh.

Lower yourself to the floor again. Repeat the exercise for the other leg.

Exercise 6. Correction of the horizontal curvature of the pelvis.

Sit on the floor and extend your left leg in front of you. Bend your right leg at the knee, and place the foot of your right leg at the level of the kneecap of your left leg, as shown in the image.

With your left hand, press down on the knee of your right leg as shown in the image so that the knee of your right leg drops to the floor.

Now start lifting your right knee off the floor, resisting with your left hand and pushing on the knee to bring it down again. Work at maximum resistance for 5 seconds.

Stop resistance abruptly after 5 seconds. Then press firmly on the knee again while pushing back against the knee. Repeat the exercise for one leg 5-10 times.

Then repeat the technique for the other leg.
