Namaz training for beginners. Mandatory prayers: features and procedure for performing by men

Can we expect the correct performance of namaz from men who have recently converted to Islam, if even natives of Muslim countries and regions do not always know how to pray? The question is, as they say, rhetorical. This article provides a video and text with transcription for those who want to learn how to read namaz.

Many are looking for an opportunity not to perform namaz, looking for a variety of, sometimes very exotic, excuses. For example, people say that they do not have time for prayer, that they work a lot, they simply do not know how to recite namaz. You can often hear: "Nothing, then I'll catch up!" or something similar.

But the main reason for a Muslim's refusal to perform namaz is fear. A person is simply afraid that with a great life load, he will not be able to fulfill the obligations that he will take upon himself before Allah. The believer is worried that, having skipped one prayer, it makes no sense for him to do the rest - in his opinion, they will not have a positive impact. In addition, many do not know what exactly should be read in prayer and how to do it.

As a result, people postpone performing namaz for the future, when there will be more time, the financial condition of the family will improve, it will be possible to learn the suras, and so on.

This is initially a wrong path and a wrong attitude in life. While the believer waits for the "favorable time", he can get sick and die, and not having performed namaz. Thus, a person deprives himself of the opportunity to enter heaven and be close to the Lord. All excuses, attempts to justify themselves are from the evil one.

Contrary to popular belief, prayer does not take much time, but it has such a deep and powerful effect on a person that he begins to dispose of the years allotted to him much more effectively. Namaz clears the mind, puts thoughts in order, calms the heart. Prayer to Allah is an impregnable wall between the believer and the shaitan. The devil cannot instill evil and hatred in the heart of a person who performs prayer. The person praying approaches the Lord, talks to him. Let us recall the suras that say that prayer helps a person to leave the path of the vile and sinful, to embark on the road leading to correction and paradise.

Another sura says that only prayer and remembrance of the Almighty can give a person peace and consolation.

A Muslim must certainly perform namaz - this is his most important duty. It is by namaz that Allah judges a person and his earthly path. The Qur'an says that on the Day of Resurrection, according to the quantity and quality of prayers, the Lord will settle accounts with his servant. If a person prayed fervently, then this will serve as a good service in assessing his earthly path. If Allah does not accept a person's prayer, then all other deeds of a person will not be rewarded.

With all this in mind, can't you find a little time in your life schedule to pray?

Correct reading of namaz: techniques

Novice Muslims are in some panic: it seems to them that it is incredibly difficult to learn how to read namaz. There is some truth in this, but don't be intimidated.

One of the most common methods is to regularly visit a mosque, observe people performing namaz, memorize an action, and try to repeat it. This method is quite effective, especially for those who begin to perform namaz regularly.

Note! Believers in the mosque often articulate verses not very loudly, so it is imperative to use the Koran and clarify incomprehensible lines.

Visiting a mosque for namaz takes time, and not everyone can visit the temple regularly. How to be in this case?

A great way is video. On the Internet, you can find many videos with the correct performance of namaz. As a rule, on these recordings all actions and phrases are perfectly visible and audible. This technique will also be useful to those who have already familiarized themselves with the procedure for performing namaz, but are not yet sure of the correctness of their actions. The video will tell you in detail how to pray.

According to a well-known saying, it is better to see once than hear many times. On the videos, prayer is visible in all details, the authors explain and comment on each occupied posture and action performed.

The video is a great help for beginners, it will help the correct pronunciation of phrases in Arabic, because the Russian alphabet does not fully convey the phonetic features of the Arabic language. Teaching namaz from video is also good because the user can stop playing the video at any time, rewind the recording, and study an incomprehensible moment in more detail.

Prayer for a beginner

Correct recitation of namaz

The main point at the first stage is memorizing the times of performing namaz, the rules for conducting Voodoo and Gusl. Also, a beginner needs to memorize at least three small suras from the Koran, learn the words and dua read in prayer, memorize Sura Fatiha and the order of performing all actions during prayer.

Believe me, this only sounds scary, in fact, memorization does not require overwhelming effort. In addition, the believer must remember that at the first stage, the Almighty can forgive the beginner's mistakes and accept his prayer. Namaz must be performed with hope in the heart, with a sincere desire for the appeal to reach Allah.

Schemes for performing namaz

Namaz can consist of a different number of rak'ahs. It is customary to call rakat the order of reciting suras and performing prayer actions in namaz. We will tell you about the two, three and four-rokat namaz.

Most often, one rakat includes a bow (hand) and two bows to the ground (sazhda). To make it easier for novice Muslims to learn the texts, we have given all the words of the prayer in Russian transcription.

Dvuhrakatny fard namaz

Dvukhrakat namaz include fardj namaz (fard), fajr namaz (sunnah), esh and maghrib namaz, zuhr namaz (nafl), etc. The recitation of all these prayers is carried out according to the same rules.

To perform a two-rakat prayer, a man needs to go through the procedures of voodoo and ghusl, having achieved ritual purity. If ritual purity is achieved in advance, the procedures can be neglected.

Niyat (intent)

1) Become a face to the Kaaba. We read, used only for fard namaz:

  1. Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar.
  2. Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar.
  3. Ashkhadu alla ilaha illallah (2 times).
  4. Ashkhadu Anna Muhammadar Rasulullah (2 times)
  5. Hayya ‘ala ssalah (2 times).
  6. Hayya ‘alal fellah (2 times).
  7. Kad kamatissalah (2 times).
  8. Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar.
  9. La ilaha illaallah.

The above suras are translated into Russian as follows:

  1. Allah is above all.
  2. I testify that there is nothing and no one comparable to the One and Only God.
  3. I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
  4. Hurry up to prayer.
  5. Hurry to the rescue.
  6. The prayer begins.
  7. Allah is above all.
  8. There is no god but Allah.

After reading Ikamata, the person performing the prayer must indicate his prayer intentions, and he must do this sincerely, as they say, with the heart. The intention is indicated by a phrase with an approximate semantic content: "I intend for the sake of Allah to perform the morning fard-namaz in 2 rak'ahs." There is no need to articulate the intention out loud: it can be even more sincere when it is said to oneself.

The first takbir

2) Raise our hands to the level of the ears, turn our palms towards the Kaaba. The thumbs of each hand should touch the bottom of the auricles or parallel to the earlobes. Direct the other fingers straight up and keep them straight. When performing namaz, it is forbidden to turn your hands to your ears, cover your ears or keep your hands too low. If you do not follow all of the above rules, prayer will be contrary to the Quran.

Raising our hands to the sky, we say the first takbir:

"Allahu Akbar".

When articulating the first takbir, the body should be kept straight, the head should be slightly tilted and looked at the point on the floor where the prostration (sajdah) will be made. It is not advisable to strongly bend the neck and, moreover, lower the chin to the chest. This would be considered makrooh. When reading the takbir, the legs should be in a parallel position with a distance of 4 fingers.

Kyyam (standing)

3) After completing the recitation of Takbir, the person praying should take the Qiyam pose. The right hand is placed on the left, the right hand must be grasped with the little finger of the left hand, and the thumb of the right hand must be placed on the outside of the left hand. Having accepted this position, we lower our hands slightly below the navel. The eyes should be directed to the area of the prayer rug that the forehead will come into contact with when making soot.

Having accepted the above-described position and without taking our eyes off the place for planting, we begin to read the dua "Sana" (Subhanaka).

First we read Dua Sana:

  1. Subhanaka allahumma wa bihamdika
  2. Va tabaraka-smuka va tamikala jadduk va la ilaha gayruk. "

These suras are translated as follows: “Allah! You are above all shortcomings, all praise to You, the presence of Your Name in everything is infinite, Your Greatness is high, and except You we do not worship anyone. "

After Dua Sana, a novice man will have to read:

"Auuzu bil-lyaakhi mina-shaitaani r-rajim".

Translation: "I resort to the protection of Allah from the stoned shaitan."

"Bis-mi Llyayakhi-Rrahmani-Rrahim".

Kyraat (reading)

  • AlhamdulilLahi Rabbi-al-alamiin!
  • Ar-Rahmani-r-Rahim!
  • Maliki yaumiddin.
  • Iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in.
  • Ikhdi-na-s-Syrat-al-mustakyim.
  • Syrat-al-lyazina an ‘amta’ ‘alayhim, gairi-l-magdubi‘ alayhim wa laddaaa-lliyin. ”
  • Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds!
  • To the Merciful, the Merciful, the King on the Day of Judgment.
  • We worship you and ask you to help!
  • Lead us along the straight road
  • On the way of those whom You have blessed -
  • Not those who are angry, and not lost.

6) Without changing the position of the body, we read any known to us. Surah Al-Kausar is an excellent option for beginners.

  • Inna ha'tayna kal-kausar.
  • Fasalli li rabbika vanhar.
  • Inna shaniaka huva-l-abtar ".
  • We have given you al-Kausar (heavenly tabernacle and all the blessings).
  • Therefore, perform namaz for the sake of your Lord and slaughter the sacrifice.
  • Truly, the one who hates you will himself be unknown.

In principle, novice men can skip the sixth point, and from reading the Fatiha surah immediately go to the Hand. Such relaxation is permissible during the first 2-3 prayers, then it is necessary to memorize other sacred texts.

7) Now is the time for the Ruku. The worshiper should bow with his back in a straight position parallel to the floor.

When bowing, you need to say: "Allahu Akbar". We spread our fingers apart, lower them to our knees. Keep your back and legs in a straight position. The human body should, as it were, form a right angle with its legs and back. The gaze of the person performing the prayer is directed to the feet.

"Subhaana Rabial Azyim"

Which means: "Glory to my Great Lord."

There are certain peculiarities with the pronunciation of this phrase. It must be pronounced several times, but the number must be odd. The minimum amount of recitation is 3. You can also recite the sura 5 or 7 times.

Let us recall the words of Ibnu Masud, who broadcast the words of the Prophet (Peace be upon him!) To the world about the number of ayahs spoken.

8) We complete the bow, take the usual standing position. Straightening up, we say:

  1. "Sami'allahu liman khamidah".
  2. "Rabbana wa lakal hamd."
  1. Allah has heard those who praise him.
  2. O our Lord, all praise to You alone!

9) Having assumed a standing position, we immediately perform the bow of sojda, accompanying it with the takbir "Allahu Akbar".

Note! When performing saazh, it is necessary to lower parts of the body to the floor gradually: first, the knees lower, then the hands. The last should be to press the nose and forehead to the floor. In this case, the head should be located between the hands spread apart, press the fingers on the hands and point them to the Kaaba. When performing saazh by a man, it is important to ensure that the elbows do not touch the floor surface and do not touch the body on the right and left. The feet should be positioned parallel to the direction of the fingers towards the Kaaba.

Having accepted the above position, we say:

"Subhana Rabbi'al A'laa."

Which means: "Glory to my Lord Supreme." This phrase should be read three, five or seven times.

10) We accept a sitting position while pronouncing "Allahu Akbar". Now we need to take a new pose. We bend our knees, place our hands on them. We are in this position for a couple of seconds - this time is enough to articulate the phrase "Subhanallah". After that, it is necessary to again assume the position of sazhd, while condemning "Allahu akbar". Having reached the lowest point of prostration, we say: "Subhana Rabbial A'laa." The number of pronunciations is three, five, seven times. The body should take about the same position as during the first sitting.

11) We get up, pronouncing the words "Allahu Akbar" while getting to our feet. We place our hands on the chest. This is how the first rakat of prayer for beginning men ends.

Second rakat

First, we need to re-carry out all the actions carried out from the moment of reading the Fatiha sura. There is only one difference in the reading of the sura - before it you need to say “Bis-mi Llyayakhi-Rrahmani-Rrahim”.

12) After reading the Surah of Fatiha, we articulate one of the familiar suras. A great option is:

  • Kul huwa llaahu ahad.
  • Allaahu ssamad.
  • Lam yalid wa lam yuulad.
  • Wa lyam yakullahu kufuvan ahad.
  • He - Allah - is one, Allah is eternal;
  • did not give birth and was not born,
  • and no one was equal to Him! (Sura 112 - Ikhlas).

Note! When performing namaz, one cannot read the same large suras in different rak'ats: the only exception is Sura Fatiha, which is read in all rak'ats.

After pronouncing "Ikhlas" (or some other familiar sura), a novice man will have to make a Hand and Sazhda using the same technique as in the first rak'ah. We do everything as described above up to the 2nd Sazhda. We accept the position for reading the dua. This is done as follows: the man sits on his left foot, the toes on the right foot must be bent so that they are directed towards Kyble. We look at the knees.

13) In the position of dua, we read the text of Tashahud:

  • At-takhiyatu Lillyahi
  • Was-Salavaatu wat-Tayybat
  • As-Salayamu alayka Ayukhan-nabiyu
  • wa rahmatu Llaahi wa barakyatukh.
  • Assalamu Aleina wa ala ibaadi Llaahi-ssalihin
  • Ashkhadu Allaya ilaha ilaAllahu Wa ashhadu Anna Muhammadan Abdukh va Rasuuluh.
  • Greetings, prayers and all good deeds belong only to Allah Almighty.
  • Peace be upon you, O Prophet, the mercy of Allah and His blessings
  • Peace to us, as well as to all the righteous servants of Allah, I testify that there is no god deserving of worship except Allah.
  • And I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.

Desirable action! When articulating the phrase "la illaha", it is advisable to raise the index finger of the right hand upward, while in the words "illa llahu" we lower the finger.

14) Without changing position, we say the dua "Salavat" - a very important text:

  • Allaahumma sally'Aliya Sayyidinaa Muhammadin va ‘Aliya Eeli Sayyidinaa Muhammad,
  • Kyama sallyaite ‘aliaya sayidinaa ibraakhiima va’ aliaya eeli sayidina ibraakhiim,
  • Va baarik ‘Aliya sayyidinaa muhammadinva’ ‘Aliya eeli sayyidinaa muhammad,
  • Kyamaa baarakte ‘aliaya sayidinaa ibraakhiimava’ alia eeli sayidina ibraakhiima fil-‘alamiin, innekya hamiidun majiid.
  • O Allah! Bless Muhammad and his family, just as You blessed Ibrahim and his family.
  • And send down a blessing to Muhammad and his family, just as You sent down a blessing to Ibrahim and his family in all the worlds.
  • Indeed, You are the Praised One, the Glorified One.)

15) At the next stage of the second rak'ah prayer for beginners, we have to read dua:

  • AllahummainnizolyamtunafsisulmankasirahwalyaagfiruzzunuubaillahAnt.
  • Fagfirli magfiratam min ‘indic uarkhamni innaka Antal Gafuurur Rahiim.
  • O Allah, truly, I was extremely unjust with myself, and only You forgive sins. So forgive me from your side and have mercy on me!
  • Indeed, You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

16) Now we need to turn to the Almighty with Greetings. To do this, look to the right, while turning your neck. The eyes should be fixed on the shoulder. Performing all these actions, we say:

  • Assalayama 'aleikum wa rahmatu-llaah (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you).

After that, the head must be turned to the left, looking at the shoulder. We say the same phrase. The dvuhrakatny prayer has been completed.

17) The final stage of prayer comes. We pronounce the 255th ayat "Bakary" - "Ayatul-Kursi". After that, you need to articulate tasbih "Subhanallah" 33 times, and the same number of times - "Alhamdulillah" and "Allahu Akbar".

Having finished with the recitation of these verses, we read:

  • La ilaha illalah uahdahu la sharikalah,
  • lyahul mulku wa lyahul hamdu wa hua ala kulli shayin qadir.

We raise our hands to the level of the chest, fixing this position, we read the dua of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him!). Other duaas can also be read that do not conflict with Sharia norms.

Three-rakatny namaz

After a novice man has mastered the ability to read the two-rak'at prayer, it is necessary to proceed to the study of the fard-namaz, which consists of three rak'ats.

The first part of the prayer corresponds to the above-described two-rakat prayer, with the only difference that the intention is expressed by pronouncing the takbir "Allahu Akbar" and dua sana.

In the first rak'ah we say the sura "Fatiha", any of the small suras known to us, we make a hand, and two sazda. After that, we stand on the second rakat.

In the second rak'ah, the sequence of readings and actions is as follows:

  1. Surah "Fatiha";
  2. Brief Surah;
  3. Hand;
  4. Soot;
  5. Second soot.
  6. Dua Tashahud.

After dua we stand on the third rakat.

In the third rak'ah, the worshiper must read the Fatiha surah, and then make a hand, soot and a second soot. We take a pose for reading dua. We consistently articulate the dua "Tashahud", "Salavat", we say:

Allahumma Inni Zolyamtu Nafsi.

After this verse, it is necessary to make a salutation to Allah, successively turning his head from right to left and saying: Assalayama 'aleikum wa rahmatu-llaah.

Quadrakat Sunnah and Nafl Namaz

Sunna Namaz is special, so a beginner needs to remember well how to do it correctly. The reading is generally identical to the reading of the fard namaz, but in the 3rd and 4th rak'ahs after the Fatiha surah, one of the well-known short suras must be read. In Sunna-namaz, Ikamat is not read.

Note! If you are doing Sunnah or Nafl Namaz, you must take the intention to do so!

How to read namaz Vitr

There are three rak'ahs in the Vitr prayer. Namaz is recited in a special way, therefore it is unique in comparison with other appeals to the Lord.

The person praying turns to face the Kaaba, signifies the intention to perform namaz, saying "Allahu Akbar" and Dua Sana. Then you need to take the position for the first rak'ah.

In the first rak'ah we read "Fatiha", a short sura, we make a hand, two times.

In the second rak'ah we repeat “Fatiha”, sura, make a hand, two times, sit down and articulate the “Tashahud” dua.

In the third rak'ah, everything is done according to the same scheme as in the first, but the short surah should differ from those already pronounced. Surah "Falyak" would be an excellent option in this case:

  • K'ul a "uzuu bi-rabbi l-falak.
  • Minn sharri maa halak.
  • Wa minn sharri ‘gaasikyn izaa wakab.
  • Wa min sharri nafazaati fi l- "ukad.
  • Wa minn sharri haassidin isaa hasad. "

Say: “I resort to the protection of the Lord of the dawn from the evil of what He has created, from the evil of darkness when it comes, from the evil of sorcerers who spit on the knots, from the evil of an envious person when he envies.

“O Allah! We ask you to lead us on the true path, we ask You for forgiveness and repent. We believe in You and rely on You. We praise You in the best way. We thank You and are not unfaithful. We reject and deny the one who does not obey You. O Allah! We worship you alone, pray and bow down to earth. We strive for you and go. We hope in Thy Mercy and we fear Thy punishment. Truly, Thy punishment befalls the unbelievers! "

For novice men who have not yet memorized the rather difficult dua "Qunut", it is permissible to read the following dua:

“Rabbana atina fi-d-Dunya hasanatan va fi-l-Ahirati hasanatan va kyna azaban-Nar”.

Which means: “Our Lord! Give us good in this and in the future life, protect us from the fire of Hell. "

If this dua has not yet been learned by those who are praying, one can say three times: “Ya, Rabbi!”, Which means: “O, Creator!”.

Having mastered the pronunciation of the dua, we say "Allahu Akbar", make a hand and two times, sit down, read "Tashahud", "Salavat", articulate "Allahumma inni zolyamtu nafsi", salute Allah, as in a three-cankat prayer. The showcase is complete.

"He who pointed to the good is like the one who did it"

Any religion has its own set of rules on how to read prayers correctly, how often to do it and with what attitude to approach such a responsible mission. Every Muslim responsibly approaches the recitation of namaz, because, as the Quran says, it brings one closer to Allah. For a beginner, this task seems difficult at first. Therefore, the number of young Muslims who are negligent in this occupation is inexorably growing. That is why it is so important to learn how to read namaz correctly, putting a deep meaning and message into each word.

In the Muslim religion, namaz is an obligatory daily ritual for reciting certain five-fold prayers. It is very important not to miss this event, to read selflessly and to pass every word through yourself. Only in this case Allah will bless the person, will protect and guide him.

If the believer does not fulfill his religious duties, irregularly reads namaz and does not do this at all, does not put a deep meaning into the prayers, then the Almighty turns away from the person and even curses him.

Also, namaz is an opportunity to concentrate and understand your feelings, put your thoughts in order and even make a difficult decision if this "hangs" over a person.

Why do they read namaz? Every real Muslim will confirm that it should be read because:

  1. Namaz takes care of the state of mind. Such a prayer can be compared to a session of an ideal psychoanalyst who understands the intricacies of the patient's soul. With the help of namaz, Allah affects the believer, gives him strength, tranquility, peace.
  2. Prayer develops a sense of respect for God. The Holy Book of the Koran says that one should not pay attention to those who ignore namaz. You should do your job with inspiration, then the believer will enlist the support of the Almighty.
  3. Namaz gives a feeling of joy and contentment. In an amazing way, prayer gives strength and energy. Even after reading for a long time, a person does not feel tired. On the contrary, he feels a surge of strength, wants to fulfill his duties and give this feeling to others.

Namaz combines strict necessity, obligation with personal desire and aspiration. As a result, the person becomes happy. But this end result is only possible when all the rules are followed.

How to prepare for prayer?

An adult must necessarily begin prayer. His mind must be bright, and he must be aware of what will happen.

Physical fitness includes:

  • washing before prayer, especially if a person feels dirty, untidy;
  • put on clean clothes that must cover all the necessary parts of the body;
  • you should turn to face the Kaaba - an Islamic shrine located in Mecca.

Be sure to pay attention to the pose in which the prayer will be read. A man should put his feet shoulder-width apart, his arms should be lowered and relaxed, his gaze should be in front of him, slightly lowered.

Women, on the other hand, stand straight, legs should be joined together, and arms should be placed along the body.

Also, the believer must prepare emotionally, tune in to the right "wave", be frank and sincere.

When the preparation is over, the Muslim pronounces the words - the forerunners of prayer.

The preparation also includes a thorough knowledge of the elements of prayer. Distinguish between rak'ah and soot. The first is the systematic repetitive movements, gestures and words during prayer. The second is bowing to the ground, an obligatory element of prayer.

Raka'ahs, in turn, are subdivided into obligatory and desirable ones. A responsible Muslim must abide by all of them. An exception is if a person is very sick and unable to complete all procedures.

What time is it to read namaz?

Namaz includes 5 prayers. Each of them must be read at a designated time. All parts of the reading are very important, so timeliness and gradualness are very important in this process.

What time is it to read namaz? This question is of particular concern to beginners. There are even special sites that provide a countdown report by the appointed time. But not everyone can take advantage of such innovations, therefore it is better to immediately decide when to read namaz.

Morning reading takes place shortly before dawn. Despite the early hour, a large number of people begin to read the prayer.

Daily namaz in the summer is read after the intense heat subsides. In winter, this can be done earlier because the sun sets faster.

The evening prayer is performed at a very delicate moment that should be caught. This is done when the sun changes color just before sunset. It can be difficult for young, inexperienced Muslims to catch this time. The help of more experienced mentors will come in handy here.

When the sun sets, it is time for the evening prayer.

The night reading should take place in the first third of the night.

Over time, when you have more experience, it will be much easier for a beginner to keep track of time. Then the chances of skipping reading are minimal.

Which way to read namaz?

Namaz is impossible without observing an important condition - reading in the direction of the qibla. Qibla literally means “that which is opposite”. This direction leads to a sacred point called the Kaaba, which is located in the city of Mecca.

This geographical point is also extremely important in the construction of mosques. This is a kind of religious magnet that attracts Muslims from all over the world. Wherever a person is on the planet, he knows where to turn in order to feel the unity of the spirit.

The younger generation can hardly determine the right direction for reading prayer. In which direction to read namaz, if there is no one to prompt and help? Modern technologies will perfectly cope with the task.

For example, using Yandex maps will speed up the search for the Kaaba. To do this, you should perform the manipulations:

  • drive Yandex "Mecca" into the search, click "Find";
  • select the item "Maps";
  • on the right, find "Show" - "Satellite" or "Hybrid";
  • use the Ruler tool, Kaaba - the end point;
  • decreasing - increasing the scale of the map, you need to select the starting point where the believer is at the moment.

This will set the direction to which you must invariably turn from day to day.

If a person deliberately chose the wrong direction or did not even try to find the right one, then his prayer will be considered invalid. In the event that a person assumes that he is reading in the right direction, but this is not so, prayer will be counted.

If suddenly a Muslim chose the wrong direction and realized this during prayer, he must turn in the right direction without stopping it.

How to start reading namaz for beginners?

Children are taught to namaz from early childhood. Gender does not matter, both girls and boys should read the five-fold prayer. From the age of majority, the procedure is mandatory.

For a beginner, this procedure is a colossal work, but not due to the fact that you need to learn all the prayers. The main thing is to focus and not be distracted. If the prayer is read with errors, and the Muslim is confused, then the prayer will simply not be counted.

The Qur'an says that if a believer has pure aspirations and thoughts, then even small mistakes in reading will not break the power of prayer. It is necessary to strive for the ideal all the time, try to make fewer mistakes each time, and then everything will succeed.

You should also make certain bows, gestures at the right time. At first, an inexperienced person finds it difficult to combine reading and control over their actions.

We can distinguish the following algorithm of actions for beginners:

  • strict adherence to the time and number of readings;
  • cleansing and ablution;
  • choosing the right clothes, hiding body parts from prying eyes;
  • search for the desired direction;
  • desire to pray.

For Muslims, these requirements are feasible, because they teach them from childhood. For those who have just adopted the faith, the rules are hard to come by. But even in this case, everything can be achieved if there is faith.

How to recite namaz to men correctly?

The reading of a prayer by a man and a woman is different. Therefore, it is rational to find out how to read prayer to men correctly, how it differs from the female version.

First, you need to stand up to tune in and express your sincere intentions. Depending on what time of day the namaz is recited, the number of required and desirable body movements will differ.

  1. Raise two hands towards the Qiblah and spread your fingers. Touch your lobes with your thumbs.
  2. Fold your hands like this: put your right hand on your left, the thumb and little finger of the right hand should clasp the left hand.
  3. In this position, touch the area just below the navel.
  4. Lower your arms and bow.
  5. Then you need to straighten up, and then touch the soot with your forehead.
  6. Straighten up and stay seated.
  7. After a few minutes, sink back into the soot.

Each stage is accompanied by the reading of certain prayers and verses.

How to recite namaz to women correctly?

Every Muslim woman from childhood knows how to correctly recite namaz for women. These rules do not differ from the male version. Some believe that women can pray less than 5 times a day. But this is a misconception.

The only simplification is that they can choose a place for prayer (a mosque or within the house).

This feature is due to the fact that in some mosques there is no separate entrance for women or there is no special hall. In this case, it is better for them to pray at home so as not to distract men with their presence (this is prohibited by the Quran).

Also, the holy book says that the home option is preferable for women also because it is more difficult for her to break away from household chores, raising children.

Like men, Muslim women must take a responsible approach to this occupation and concentrate.

How many times do they recite namaz?

Namaz is read strictly 5 times a day. Each link has its own exact time. If believers for some reason let it pass or do it later, then this does not count.

It is important not to miss namaz, strictly adhere to the schedule. Then the Almighty will bestow his love, will help in business and will bestow a person with love.

The video below will show you how to recite namaz correctly.

Namaz text

Prayer changes depending on the time of day. If we are talking about morning reading, then the text of the prayer will be as follows:

“O Allah, Lord of this prayer! Give Prophet Mahammad dignity. And help us take advantage of his protection. "

“I am far from Satan, I am getting closer to the Lord. Our praise belongs only to Allah. We worship you alone and ask for help. Guide us on the right path. "

This short passage shows how much one who reads should respect his Lord.

All speech is delivered in the native language.

Some sites even have transcription and translation.

What namaz is read at night?

Night prayer or "tahajjud" should be done around one in the morning. The minimum of mandatory body movements is 2 times, the maximum is 12.

Muslims believe that the night prayer is special. He brings the believer closer to the Almighty, bestows health, patronizes in all undertakings and deeds.

The Qur'an confirms this opinion, because this prayer is treated with special trepidation.

What should be read after namaz?

An example of dua after prayer:

“O Allah, you are the world. Blessed are You, you have greatness and magnanimity. There is no other God but Allah. Power and praise belongs to him. "

When is it forbidden to read namaz?

Let's consider such cases:

  1. From dawn to sunrise, morning prayer takes place.
  2. When the sun is at its zenith, reciting namaz is also not recommended.
  3. 30 minutes before sunset (it turned red) you can not read anything except the afternoon prayer.
  4. During the khutba - a religious sermon.

Women will also find it helpful to visually familiarize themselves with the materials. This will minimize mistakes, fill in spiritual "gaps".

The video below is an example of how a female prayer should be read.

How to quickly learn to read namaz?

Only experience and diligence will help you to pray without mistakes and with inspiration. Not only obligatory but also desirable prayers should be read.

Also useful for a beginner:

  • patience;
  • maximum concentration;
  • discipline.

It should be remembered that excessive speed in this matter is destructive. It is better to read slowly, but correctly and without errors.

Read namaz aloud or silently?

Sacred Muslim truths claim that prayer should not be read very loudly, but not in a whisper. Select an average sound level.

It is believed that daytime prayers are read in a whisper, but morning and evening prayers are read aloud. This was preceded by an interesting legend.

Once upon a time Muslims were mocked by idolaters. Having heard the loud recitation of namaz, they immediately set about their actions.

To eliminate the attacks, the believers began to recite namaz in a whisper or to themselves.

This means that initially namaz was read exclusively aloud, and then they began to do it silently.

Reading namaz is a responsible and rather difficult task for beginners. In order not to get confused and to do everything in a timely manner and correctly, it takes time and knowledge.

With this instruction, you can quickly learn how to recite namaz. In general, separate books are devoted to how to read namaz, given the enormous importance of this type of worship for a Muslim. But here you can get an extremely short introductory course on a single prayer of two rak'ahs. Having learned this prayer manual, you will be able to understand how to read all the other prayers.

The method of reciting namaz is given according to the Hanafi school of fiqh (Islamic law)

Conditions for performing namaz (reciting namaz)

To perform namaz, five conditions (sharts) must be met:

  1. The first condition for prayer is purification from impurities (najas)... In other words, it is the removal of impurities from the place of prayer, from the body and clothing. Women should do truthja (cleansing of the corresponding organs after the need has been sent), and men - istibra (complete cleansing of the corresponding organ after urinating. For this, it is recommended to cough, stomp a little on the spot and bend to the sides). To cleanse the anus after relieving need, you must first wipe it dry with paper, then rinse with water and wipe dry with paper again. When performing namaz, try to be dressed in clean clothes and make sure that your prayer rug (instead of a rug you can use a towel, sheet, etc.) is clean. Being clean means that if you were offered to eat at this place, then you would gladly agree.
  2. Small ablution (taharat, wudu) and full ablution (ghusl)... Small ablution is taken after you have relieved your need and followed the instructions in paragraph 1 for cleansing the genitals. Full ablution (ghusl) is taken: in men - when sperm is released during intercourse or sleep (emission), in women - during postpartum cleansing or the menstrual cycle.
  3. The third condition for prayer is covering certain parts of the body (satrul-awrat), which are considered haram (forbidden) to open. For men, awrah is a part of the body from the navel to the knee. The awrath woman has almost the entire body, except for the hands (up to the wrist) and face.
  4. The fourth condition of prayer includes facing the Kaaba(located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia) - Istikbali-Qibla. Those who are in Mecca and see the Kaaba need to face directly to the Kaaba, and those who are far from Mecca and cannot see the Kaaba should turn as accurately as possible in its direction, using a compass, if there are no other landmarks.
  5. The fifth condition for prayer is timely execution each of the five prayers. Namaz performed before the set time is not valid. The timetable for prayer times for each locality is set according to the calendar according to the geographic location. You can see the daily schedule of prayers on our website on the right.

The time of the morning prayer starts from the moment the dawn appears and lasts until the beginning of the sunrise. The morning prayer consists of four rak'ahs, two of which are sunnah and two are fard. First, 2 rak'ahs of the sunna are performed, then 2 rak'ahs - fard.

Sunnah of morning prayer

The first rak'ah

"I intend for the sake of Allah to perform 2 rak'ahs of the morning sunnah (Fajr or Subh) prayer"... (fig. 1)

"Allahu akbar"

Then and (Fig. 3)

With your hands down, say: "Allahu akbar" "Subhana-Rabbial-" azyim " "Samigallahu-limyan-hamidah" after speak "Rabbana wa lakal hamd"(fig. 4)

After you speak "Allahu akbar" "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya" "Allahu akbar"

And again with words "Allahu akbar" descend into the soot again and say again: "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. After that, with the words "Allahu akbar" rise from the soot to the second rak'ah. (fig. 6)

Second rak'ah

Speak "Bismillahi r-rahmaani r-rahim"(fig. 3)

With your hands down, say: "Allahu akbar" and make your hand "(bow in the bow). In bow, say: "Subhana-Rabbial-" azyim "- 3 times. After the arm, "straighten your body to an upright position, saying: "Samigallahu-limyan-hamidah" after speak "Rabbana wa lakal hamd"(fig. 4)

After you speak "Allahu akbar", perform sojda (bow to earth). When performing soot, you must first kneel down, then lean on both hands and only then touch the place of soot with your forehead and nose. In obeisance, say: "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. After that, with the words "Allahu akbar" rise from the seat to a sitting position, keeping in this position a pause for 2-3 seconds (fig. 5)

And again with the words "Allahu akbar" again sink into the soot and say again: "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. Then say "Allahu akbar" rise from sitting to a sitting position and read the arc Attahiyat "Attahiyaty lillahi vassalavaty vatayibyatu. Then you read Salavat "Allahuma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad, kyama sallayta ala Ibrahim wa ala ali Ibrahim, innakya Hamidum-Majid. Allahuma, barik ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad, kyama alya barakta ahamiya in "Then read the do" a Rabbana. (Fig. 5)

Say the greeting: turning your head first towards the right shoulder, and then towards the left. (fig. 7)

This completes the prayer.

Then we read two crawlers. Fard morning prayer. In principle, fard and sunna namaz are no different from each other, only the intention that you perform fard namaz for men, as well as those who become imams in namaz, need to read suras and takbirs aloud "Allahu akbar".

Fard morning prayer

The fard of the morning prayer, in principle, does not differ in any way from the sunnah of prayer, only the intention changes that you perform fard prayer for men as well as for those who become imam in prayer, you need to read the al-Fatiha surah and a short surah, takbirs "Allahu akbar" some dhikr aloud.

The first rak'ah

While standing, make the intention (niyat) to perform namaz: "I intend for the sake of Allah to perform 2 morning rak'ahs (Fajr or Subh) fard namaz"... (fig. 1)

Raise both hands, spreading your fingers, palms towards the Qiblah, up to ear level, touching the earlobes with your thumbs (women raise their hands at chest level) and say "Allahu akbar", then place your right hand with your palm on your left hand, clasping your left wrist with your little finger and thumb of your right hand, and lower your folded hands just below the navel (women put their hands at chest level). (fig. 2)

Standing in this position, read du'a sana "Subhaanakya allaahumma va bihamdika, va tabaarakyasmuka, va taunting Jadduka, va iliyahe gairuk", then "Auzu bilakhi minashshaytaanir-rajim" and "Bismillahi r-rahmaani r-rahim" after reading surah al-Fatiha "Alhamdy lillyahi rabbil" alamin. With your hands down, say: "Allahu akbar" "Subhana-Rabbial-" azyim "- 3 times. After the arm, "straighten your body to an upright position, saying: "Samigallahu-limyan-hamidah" "Rabbana wa lakal hamd"(fig. 4)

After you speak "Allahu akbar" "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. After that, with the words "Allahu akbar"

And again with words "Allahu akbar" "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. After that, with the words "Allahu akbar"(imam, as well as men read aloud) rise from the soot to the second rak'ah. (fig. 6)

Wa lam yakullahuu kufuvan ahad"(Sura al-Fatiha and a short surah of the imam, as well as men read aloud, "Amine" pronounced to oneself) (fig. 3)

With your hands down, say: "Allahu akbar"(imam, as well as men read aloud) and make a hand "(bow in the bow). In bow, say: "Subhana-Rabbial-" azyim "- 3 times. After the arm, "straighten your body to an upright position, saying: "Samigallahu-limyan-hamidah"(imam, as well as men read aloud) after speak "Rabbana wa lakal hamd"(fig. 4)

After you speak "Allahu akbar"(imam, as well as men read aloud), perform sazhda (bow to the earth). When performing soot, you must first kneel down, then lean on both hands and only then touch the place of soot with your forehead and nose. In obeisance, say: "Subhana-Rabbial-Aglya"- 3 times. Say your greeting: "Assalamu galeikum wa rahmatullah"(imam, as well as men read aloud) with a turn of the head first towards the right shoulder, and then towards the left. (fig. 7)

Raise your hand to do the doo "Allahumma anta-s-salamu wa minka-s-salam! Tabarakta ya za-l-jali wa-l-ikram" This completes the prayer.

22:12 2014

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Pray as you saw me praying"(Bukhari)

Below we have collected training videos for you and a detailed description of the entire prayer from start to finish. May this material benefit Muslims.

Brief namaz training. For those who want to learn but don't know where to start.

Every Muslim should know that the acceptance of his deeds by Allah Almighty depends on his compliance with the following two conditions: First, the act must be done sincerely and only for the sake of Allah Almighty. At the same time, in performing this act, a Muslim must fear only Allah, love Him more than anything else and hope only for His mercy. Secondly, a Muslim must perform this or that deed in the same way as the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, i.e. according to its Sunnah.

The absence of one of these conditions makes the rite of worship invalid, be it prayer, ablution, fasting, zakat, etc. Therefore, in an effort to put an end to the disagreements and misunderstandings associated with prayer and cleansing, we exclusively relied when writing this article on the verses of the Holy Quran and reliable hadiths of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

NATURAL NEEDS DELIVERY ETIQUETTE

1. A person sending natural needs should choose a place where people could not see him, could not hear sounds during the release of gases and smell excrement.

2. It is advisable to say the following words before entering the toilet: "Allahumma inni a'uzu bika mina-l-khubusi wa-l-habais!" ("O Allah! I resort to You from the vile devils male and female!").

3. A person sending natural needs should not talk to anyone, say greetings or answer someone's call unnecessarily.

4. A person who sends his natural needs, out of respect for the sacred Kaaba, should not turn his face or back to her.

5. It is necessary to avoid getting excrement (feces and urine) on the body and clothing.

6. It is necessary to avoid the departure of natural needs in places where people walk or rest.

7. A person should not send his natural needs for stagnant water or in the water in which he bathes.

8. It is undesirable to urinate while standing. This can only be done if two conditions are met:

a. if you are sure that urine will not get on the body or clothes;

b. if a person is sure that no one will see his shameful places.

9. Both passages should be cleaned with water or stones, paper, etc. However, water purification is most preferred.

10. Both passages should be cleaned with the left hand.

11. After leaving the toilet, it is advisable to say the following words: "Gufranac!" ("I ask your forgiveness, Lord!")

12. It is advisable to enter the toilet with the left foot and leave it with the right.

LITTLE WASHING

Allah Almighty said: “O you who believe! When you stand up for namaz, wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows, wipe your heads and wash your feet up to your ankles ”(al-Ma'ida, 6).

Conditions for performing lesser ablution

A person performing a small ablution must:

1.be a Muslim;

2. be of legal age (according to some scholars);

3. not be mentally ill;

4. have clean water with you;

5. have an intention to perform a small ablution;

6. to remove everything that interferes with the ingress of water on the ablution organs (paint, varnish, etc.), and also, while performing small ablution, do not leave any part of the ablution organs dry;

7. cleanse the body of impurities;

8. to get rid of feces and urine.

Actions That Make Lesser Ablution Invalid

1. Excrement coming out of the anterior or anus, such as urine, feces, prostate juice, gas, bleeding, etc.

2. Deep sleep or loss of consciousness.

3. Eating camel meat.

4. Direct contact with the genitals or anus (according to some scientists).

Actions that do not invalidate the small ablution

1. Everything that is excreted from the human body, with the exception of excrement coming out of the anterior and anterior passages.

2. Touching a woman.

3. Eating food cooked over a fire.

4. Doubt about the reality of little ablution.

5. Laughter or laughter.

6. Touching the deceased.

8. Drowsiness.

9. Touching impurities. (Having touched the impurities, it is enough to wash them off with water).

The procedure for performing the small ablution

A person who performs a small ablution must in his soul intend to perform it. However, there is no need to pronounce the intention out loud, because the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him, did not pronounce the intention out loud before washing, namaz and other rituals of worship. Starting a small ablution, you must say: "Bi-smi-llah!" ("With the name of Allah!"). Then you need to wash your hands three times. Then you need to rinse your mouth and nose three times and wash your face three times from one ear to the other and from the place where the hair grows to the end of the jaw (or beard). Then you need to wash both hands three times from the tips of the fingers to the elbows, inclusive, starting with the right hand. Then you need to wet your palms and rub your head with them. Rubbing your head, you need to run your hands over it from the end of the forehead to the beginning of the neck, and then in the opposite direction. Then you need to insert your index fingers into the ear holes and rub the outside of the ears with your thumbs. Then you need to wash your feet from the tips of the toes to the ankles, inclusive, starting with the right foot. It is necessary to wash the gaps between the toes and pay attention to the water reaching the heels. After the completion of the ablution, it is advisable to say: “Ashkhadu alla ilaha illa-allahu vahdahu la sharika lyakh, va-ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu va-rasuluh, allahumma-j'alni mina-t-tavvabina va-j'alni minahahi-l-mama! " ("I testify that there is no deity except the one Allah, Who has no companions, and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and messenger! O Allah! Make me one of the repentant and make me one of the self-purifying ones!")

GREAT WASHING

Cases in which great ablution becomes obligatory

1. After sexual intercourse (even if ejaculation has not occurred), as well as after wet dreams or ejaculation as a result of passionate attraction.

2. After the end of menstruation and postpartum bleeding.

3. To perform Friday prayer.

4. After death: the deceased Muslim should be washed, unless he is a martyr who fell in the way of Allah.

5. When accepting Islam.

Cases in which great ablution is desirable

1. Great ablution of the person who washed the deceased.

2. Before entering the state of ihram for performing Hajj or Umrah, as well as before entering Mecca.

3. To re-enter into intercourse.

4. For a woman with chronic bleeding, it is advisable to perform a large ablution before each prayer.

Procedure for the Great Ablution

After a person intends to perform a large ablution, he must say: "B-smi-l-lyakh!" ("With the name of Allah!") And wash your hands. Then he should wash the genitals and anus, and then perform a small ablution. Then it is necessary to spill water three times on the head, while combing the hair with your hands, so that the water reaches the hair roots. Then you need to wash all the remaining parts of the body three times. Then you should wash your feet three times. (This is how the prophet Muhammad performed a great ablution, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

If a medical bandage or plaster is applied to any organ of the body, then, while performing a small or large ablution, it is necessary to wash healthy parts of the body, and wipe the bandage or plaster with a wet hand. If rubbing a bandage or plaster with a wet hand harms the damaged organ, then in this case, you should perform ablution with sand.

SAND WASHING (TAYAMMUM)

Ablution with sand is allowed if:

1. there is no water, or it is not enough for performing a small or large ablution;

2. a wounded or sick person is afraid that as a result of a small or large ablution, his condition will worsen or his illness will last;

3. it is very cold, and a person cannot use the water for small or large ablutions (heat up, etc.) and is afraid that the water will harm him;

4. there is little water and enough only for drinking, cooking and other necessary purposes;

5.It is impossible to reach the water, for example, if an enemy or a predatory animal does not provide an opportunity to approach the water, or if a person fears for his life, honor or property, or if he is imprisoned, or if he is unable to extract water from a well and etc.

Actions invalidating sand washing

Anything that makes the little and big ablution invalid, as mentioned earlier, invalidates the big ablution. If after performing ablution with sand water was found, or it became possible to use it, then ablution with sand also becomes invalid. A person who has performed namaz after he has performed ablution with sand should not perform this prayer again if he has found water. The expiration of this or that prayer does not invalidate the ablution with sand.

Procedure for washing with sand

After a person intends to perform ablution with sand, he must say: "B-smi-l-lyakh!" ("With the name of Allah!"), And then once put your palms in the place chosen for washing with sand. Then you need to clear your palms of sand by blowing on them, or patting them against each other. Then you should rub your face and hands with your palms.

Ablution with sand is allowed to be performed only with clean sand or similar substances.

You cannot perform ablution with sand in the presence of water, as this is contrary to Sharia, and in this case, the perfect prayer will be considered invalid. Therefore, one should not perform ablution with sand in the presence of water, even if the time of prayer is coming to an end: it is necessary to perform a small or large ablution with water, and then perform a prayer.

NAMAZ

Allah Almighty said: “But they were only ordered to worship Allah, serving him sincerely, like monotheists, to perform namaz and pay zakat. This is the right faith ”(al-Bayyinah, 98: 5).

PROCEDURE FOR PERFORMING NAMAZ

A person performing namaz should turn with his whole body to the sacred Kaaba located in Mecca. Then he must set out in his soul to perform one or another prayer. Then he should, raising his hands at shoulder or ear level, say: "Allahu akbar!" ("Allah is great!"). This initial takbir is called in Arabic "takbirat al-ihram" (literally, "forbidding takbir"), since after pronouncing it, a person who has begun to perform namaz is prohibited from certain actions that are allowed outside of namaz (talking, eating, etc.) ). Then he should place the palm of his right hand on the left hand and place both hands on his chest. Then he should say the opening prayer: "Subhanaka-llahumma wa bi-hamdika wa tabaraka-smuka wa ta'ala jadduka wa la ilaha gairuk!" ("Thou most pure, O Allah! Praise to Thee! Blessed is Thy name! High is Thy greatness! There is no deity but You!")

Then the prayer should say: "A'uzu bi-l-lyakhi mina-sh-sheitani-r-rajim!" ("I run to Allah from the accursed Satan!") Then he should read the surah "al-Fatiha" ("Revealing the Quran"):

"Bi-smi-llyahi-r-rahmani-r-rahim!"

1. "Al-hamdu li-lahi rabbi-l-alamin!"

2. "Ar-rahmani-r-rahim!"

3. "Maliki yaumi-d-din!"

4. "Iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in!"

5. "Ikhdina-s-sirata-l-mustagim!"

6. "Sirata-l-lyazina an'amta aleikhim!"

7. "Gairi-l-magdubi alayhim wa la-d-dallin!"

(“In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful!

1. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds,

2. To the Merciful, the Merciful,

3. To the Lord of the Day of Retribution!

4. You alone we worship and you alone we pray for help.

5. Lead us in a straight path,

6.the way of those whom you have blessed,

7. not those on whom anger fell, and not lost ").

Then he must say, "Amin!" ("Lord! Listen to our prayer!"). Then he must recite any surah (or suras) of the Qur'an that he knows by heart.

Then he should raise his hands at shoulder level and, uttering the words: "Allahu akbar!" It is advisable that he straightens his back and head parallel to the floor and places his palms on his kneecaps, spreading his fingers. While in the bow, he must say three times: "Subhana rabbiya-l-azim!" (“My Most Pure Great Lord!”) It is advisable to add to this the words: “Subhanaka-l-lahumma rabbana wa bi-hamdik! Allahumma-gfirli! " ("You are Most Pure, O Allah, our Lord! Praise be to You! O Allah! Forgive me!").

Then he should rise from the bow. Rising, he should say: "Sami'a-l-lahu liman khamidah!" ("May Allah hear the one who praised Him!") And raise your hands at shoulder level. Straightening fully, he should say, "Rabbana wa-laka-l-hamd!" ("Our Lord! Praise you!") Or: "Rabbana wa laka-l-hamdu hamdan kasiran tayyiban mubarakan fih, mil'a-s-samavati va-mil'a-l-ardi va-mil'a mas shi ' ta min shay'in ba'd! "

Then he should bow down to Allah with humility and respect to Him. Descending, he must say: "Allahu akbar!" While bowing to the ground, he should put his forehead and nose, both palms, both knees and the tips of the toes on the ground, move the elbows away from the body and not lay them on the ground, point the tips of the fingers towards Mecca, move the knees apart and connect feet. In this position, he must say three times: "Subhana rabbiya-l-a'la!" (“My Most Pure Supreme Lord!”) It is advisable to add to this the words: “Subhanaka-l-lahumma rabbana wa bi-hamdik! Is Allahumma-gfir! "

Then he should raise his head from the bow, saying "Allahu Akbar!" After that, he should sit on his left leg, put his right foot vertically, pointing the right toes towards the Kaaba, put his right palm on his right thigh, while opening his fingers, and put his left palm in the same way on the left thigh. While in this position, he must say: "Rabbi-gfir li, va-rhamni, va-hdini, va-rzukni, va-jburni, va-afini!" ("Lord! Forgive me! Have mercy on me! Lead me on a straight path! Grant me a lot! Correct me! Make me healthy!") Or he should say: "Rabbi-gfir! Rabbi-gfir li! " ("Lord, forgive me! Lord, forgive me!")

Then he should with humility before Allah and respect for Him and with the words "Allahu akbar!" to make the second prostration in the same way as he did the first, while pronouncing the same words. This concludes the first rak'at prayer. Then he should get to his feet while saying "Allahu Akbar!" Having risen, he must do in the second rak'at everything that he did in the first, with the exception of the opening prayer. After completing the second rak'at, he must with the words "Allahu akbar!" raise his head from the prostration and sit down in the same way as he sat between two prostrations, but at the same time he must press the ring finger and little finger of his right hand to his palm, connect the middle and thumb, and point the index finger towards the Kaaba. He should read the prayers "Tashakhhud", "Salyavat" and "Isti'aza".

Tashahhud: At-tahiyyatu li-llyahi va-s-salavatu va-t-tayyibat! As-salamu aleika eyyuha-n-nabiyyu va-rahmatu-allahi va-barakatuh! As-salamu alaina wa ala ibadi-llyahi-s-salihin! Ashkhadu alla ilaha ila-allah, wa-ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu va rasuluh! " ("All greetings to Allah, all prayers and righteous deeds! Peace be upon you, O Prophet, the mercy of Allah and His blessings! Peace be upon us and all the righteous servants of Allah! I testify that there is no deity but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and messenger! ")

Innaka hamidun majid! " ("O Allah! Praise Muhammad and his family just as you praised Ibrahim and his family! Truly, You are praiseworthy, glorious! And bless Muhammad and his family just as you blessed Ibrahim and his family! Truly, You are praiseworthy, glorious! ")

Istia'za: "Allahumma inni a'uzu bika min azabi-l-kabr, wa min azabi jahannam, wa min fitnati-l-mahya wa-l-mamat, wa min sharri fitnati-l-masikhi-d-dajjal!" ("O Allah! Truly, I resort to You from torment in the grave, and from torment in hell, and from temptations during life and after death, and from the temptation of the Antichrist!")

After that, he can ask Allah for any benefit, both in worldly and in the afterlife. Then he should turn his head to the right and say: "As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatu-l-lah!" (“Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah!”) Then he should turn his head to the left in the same way and say the same.

If namaz consists of three or four rak'ats, then he must read "Tashahhud" to the words: "Ashkhadu alla ilaha ila-allah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu va-rasuluh!", And then with the words "Allahu akbar!" stand on your feet and raise your hands to shoulder level. Then he must perform the remaining rak'ats of the prayer in the same way as he performed the second rak'at, with the only difference that in the subsequent rak'ats it is not necessary to read the surah after the surah al-Fatiha. After completing the last rak'at, the praying person should sit down in the same way as he sat before, with the only difference that he should put the foot of his left leg under the shin of his right and sit on the seat. Then he should read the entire "Tashahhud" to the end and, turning his head to the right and left, say in both directions: "As-salamu aleikum wa-rahmatu-allah!"
