One more thing important requirement– according to Resolution No. 32 (), the brokerage company is obliged to keep strict internal records of all transactions carried out in the interests of clients.

In addition to the special license, the company will need to be registered as a business entity. In the case of a brokerage agency, the only possible option will be a legal entity.
