Safety rules to be observed by the traveler. Rules for safe behavior in a foreign country

Every tourist should know the safety rules on vacation when going on a trip. In pursuit of new experiences, do not forget about forethought.

Tourist safety starts with the political and economic situation of the country you are visiting. Usually, the governments of some states make lists of countries that they would not recommend traveling to their citizens. Going on an independent trip, check what awaits you in the host country, travel agencies should warn their customers.

It would seem like an obvious point. And yet, many in search of adventure neglect it. Of course, to each his own - the main thing is to clearly imagine the danger and be ready for it.

If the risk to life is not included in your plans, the first thing to do is to make sure that there is no military action. Now they do not sell tickets to countries such as Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Congo, Sudan and North Korea. In these countries, there are protracted military conflicts or civil war, so you never know what dangers a tourist who dares to visit one of them may face on vacation. There are countries with a high level of corruption and drug trafficking - Colombia, with hidden sex tourism -,. There are simply places where whites are not liked - Haiti, Côte d'Ivoire.

Save money!

If everything is calm politically in the country, then pay attention to the economic factor. The poorer the country, the greater the likelihood of rampant crime and dangers in travel. Although there are exceptions to every rule. Often in countries that are attractive to tourists, especially in the most crowded places, there will always be thieves and scammers.

Try to avoid crowds, watch your pockets and things, especially near attractions, in markets, during street performances, near currency exchange offices.

Keep your money safe while traveling. When paying, do not show large amounts of cash, do not demonstrate your wealth. Otherwise, you can become a victim of robbery. Carry documents and money separately so as not to lose everything at once. It is advisable to split the money, if necessary, you will have a reserve. Belt bags used to be popular among tourists, but it is better to use them under clothes. Also, do not put your wallet in the outer pockets.

The best place to hide your cash is in the inside zippered pocket, which you will occasionally check. Be careful with the bags, they are cut off. Italy is simply famous for its robbers on motor scooters. Sometimes the local police cannot guarantee the safety of tourists on a journey.

Threats of nature

Learn the safety rules for vacationing in countries where volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, tsunamis, earthquakes or other natural disasters are possible. When planning a beach holiday, take sunscreen with protective filters with you, otherwise you risk serious burns.

Remember that coral reefs are not only very beautiful, but also dangerous, you only need to swim in special shoes. Also, get ready to meet unpleasant marine life: stinging jellyfish, rays and sea urchins. Do not swim in prohibited areas, keep safe on vacation. Thailand, beloved by tourists, is teeming with aggressive and thieving monkeys, mosquitoes spread fever in Malaysia, and malaria in Egypt.

In a strange monastery with its charter ...

To ensure your safety while traveling, learn more about the nature and traditions of the country you are going to. Often tourists endanger themselves by inadvertently offending the feelings of believers or not respecting other people's traditions. This is especially true for women. Going on a trip, it is worth considering a wardrobe for visiting shrines. Most often, this is a long skirt, a T-shirt that does not expose the shoulders and a scarf to cover the head. Often your safety on vacation depends even on such trifles.

In Arab countries, in general, it is better not to wear a mini and travel in a company. Although tourists are usually treated with loyalty, the main thing is not to wander alone into some backyard. Behave with dignity, do not let men touch you, do not accept gifts. Hot southern guys take it as a willingness to do anything.

Tourist safety when visiting temples depends not only on appropriate clothing. There are other rules as well. So, in mosques, the entrance for men and women is separate, as well as the approach to it is divided by gender. In Buddhist temples, you cannot point your feet towards the image of the Buddha, and it is also forbidden to take pictures while standing with your back to the Buddha.

Women are not allowed to touch Buddhist monks. Moreover, every country has gestures , which are familiar to us, but are considered offensive here. Everything should be found out before the road in order to avoid unnecessary scandals, and even acquaintance with the police.

Don't take risks

Often in the news bulletins you can see information about the death of tourists due to accidents involving tour buses. Most often, such accidents occur in Egypt, Tunisia, Thailand. The main causes of accidents are drunkenness, sleep at the wheel, recklessness or a technical malfunction of the vehicle. Do not buy sightseeing tours from unknown firms with deep discounts. In addition to the fact that this promises poor-quality carrier services, there is still a big chance to run into scammers.

Check the license, draw up a tour purchase agreement, check whether insurance is included in the price. If it is visually visible that the bus is in poor condition or an inadequate driver is driving, refuse the trip. If everything is in order, but during the journey the driver makes dangerous maneuvers, pay the guide's attention to this, attract other passengers as allies.

Safety rules on vacation in a foreign country require you to pay attention to what you eat and drink. To avoid stomach problems, drink only store-bought bottled water. Make sure the bottle is sealed, choose well-known international brands. Do not drink iced drinks in the hotel, it can be made from poor quality water. Do not drink local alcoholic drinks of dubious origin.

You also have to be careful with food. Unless children know about the dangers of stale seafood, tasting sheep's cheese in Sardinia can catch intestinal myiasis, and in Thailand the food is very spicy. Avoid unfamiliar and potentially dangerous foods made with unknown ingredients. Do not buy food on the street, and wash fruits with the same bottled water.

Pitfalls of insurance

Do not spare money on life and health insurance, you can also insure against financial risks. The safety of tourists during the journey depends on this factor. Carefully read the contract, study non-insurable cases.

Please note that when going on an active holiday, extreme sports should be included in the insurance, insurers include diving, rafting and skiing. Find out about the deductible, the amount you have to spend on your own treatment. Specify whether the costs of telephone conversations, medicines, medical repatriation (returning home accompanied by a doctor) will be reimbursed, collect a list of documents for obtaining insurance, write down the phone number to call in an emergency.

Everyone wants their vacation to go smoothly, but this is not always the case. Knowledge about the history, traditions and modern life of the host country will help you navigate in an unusual environment. In addition, there are simple rules that will help a tourist avoid trouble during a holiday abroad.

Travel preparation

Before traveling abroad, it is best to write down the number of the Russian embassy or consulate in the country you are traveling to, as well as the phone numbers of the police, ambulance and fire departments.

In the European Union, there is a single emergency call number - 112. This phone must be entered in the address book of a mobile phone if you plan to travel to European countries. In Egypt, the rescue numbers are 123 (ambulance), 122 (police) and 180 (fire). In Thailand, these are 1554, 1155 and 199, respectively, and in the USA the number for all services is the same - this is 911 for all mobile operators.

In addition, you should prepare copies of all documents (passport, visa, tickets, insurance), especially if you are traveling to a country with an unstable socio-political situation. It is copies of documents that should be carried with you on the street, and it is better to leave the originals in the safe of your hotel so as not to lose.

During rest

Follow simple safety rules, namely:

Do not drink local alcohol, and the quality of which you are not sure. Also, you should not drink tap water: it may not be purified, which can lead to poisoning. It is best to use bottled drinks of international brands of manufacturers.

Try not to travel through an unfamiliar country alone. It is better to do this as part of an organized group of tourists with a guide. If you still decide to travel alone, choose safe tourist routes, do not forget to take copies of documents, a mobile phone and a map of the area with you. Well, if you know the local language, if not, write down the basic phrases for yourself or save them to your phone.

In some countries, representatives of a “travel agency” may approach you on the street and offer a tour of attractions at a big discount. Such an offer should be treated with suspicion, there is a chance to run into scammers who will take the money and not provide the service. It is also possible to purchase a ticket from an illegal company, in which case no one will guarantee that the tour bus driver is qualified enough to transport tourists, and that nothing will happen to you during the trip. To avoid such problems, ask the representatives of the travel agency to show you a license to operate, look at their website - as a rule, illegal companies do not have them or they are of poor quality. General recommendation: contact those travel agencies that have agreements with Russian tour operators, and when purchasing a tour, draw up a contract for the purchase of services. Remember that legal travel agencies include in the cost of the tour and insurance in case of force majeure (emergencies, accidents, etc.)

Insurance is the keyword for the traveller. If you are traveling to a visa country, then you may be required to provide insurance simply for issuing an entry permit. If you are going to a visa-free country, then everything depends on you. Many experts strongly recommend that you insure your own life and health while traveling. But when purchasing insurance, you should clarify what exactly this or that insurance covers, how much you will be insured for, how, where and in what order to apply. It is also important to clarify the list of cases that are not insurance. Employees of the insurance company are obliged to provide you with all the necessary information.

What to do in case of emergency?

1. In the event of an emergency abroad, the first thing to do is notify the Russian consulate or your travel agent (in extreme cases, relatives). The list of Russian consulates in the countries of the world can be viewed at the link.

2. If you are taken hostage or kidnapped, you should not resist. It is recommended to follow the initial orders of the terrorists. When conducting a special operation to free a hostage, it is recommended to lie on the floor, do not move until the appropriate instructions are received from the special forces.

3. In the event of natural disasters, remain calm. If there is a danger of an earthquake, stay away from tall buildings and power lines. When in the house, take the safest possible position between doorways or in the corners of rooms.

4. If you have been warned about the approaching tsunami, then the farther you can go from the coast, the better. You should only take documents with you. If the tsunami is reported too late, try to get to the top floors of buildings of solid construction.

Rules for safe behavior abroad.

While abroad, you need to know how to act in emergency situations in order to protect yourself and your loved ones, to provide them with assistance if necessary, while maintaining restraint and composure.

Before leaving abroad, you should first of all check whether all the necessary documents have been prepared properly.

1. Passport. Carefully check the correctness of recording all the basic information (full name, date of birth, gender, passport expiration date), especially if the passport is new. According to the legislation of a number of countries, the validity of a passport must expire no earlier than six months after entering the country. If children are included in the general foreign passport (OZP), it is necessary to check the correctness of the information indicated about them and the availability of photographs for children over 6 years old. The passport must be free from damage, stains and extraneous entries. While abroad, keep your passport with you, do not give it to anyone for storage or as a pledge.

2. Availability of visas to countries with which a visa entry procedure has been established.

It should be borne in mind that a Schengen visa must be requested from the diplomatic mission or consular office whose country is the main destination / host country. The main country of destination is determined by the expected duration of the trip.

Having, for example, a Polish Schengen visa, you can fly to Berlin for 3 days, and then spend 2 weeks on vacation in Poland. However, Poland does not have to be the first country of entry.

Only in the case when it is impossible to determine the main country of residence (for example, a planned holiday trip for 10 days to Poland and 10 days to Germany), one should contact the representation or institution of the country into which the first entry is made.

In a number of states (for example, in Turkey), visas for holders of general foreign passports are issued directly at airports.

3. If the trip to the country of destination is carried out in transit through the territory of other states, you should consult in advance with the travel agency or consular offices of the states that you intend to visit in transit regarding the need to issue transit visas, as well as the validity of such visas, taking into account the date of return.

4. Travel documents for all types of transport must be issued in the same name as indicated in the passport. Check that your itinerary and dates of entry and exit are fully consistent with what is written on the tickets.

5. Don't forget to take original travel vouchers and official invitations with you.

6. Pay special attention to the registration of medical insurance. Choose trusted agencies, having clearly found out when receiving an insurance policy what medical services you are required to provide under insurance in the host country, and how they are paid. Careless attitude to health insurance can result in large expenses in case of illness, accident or transportation of the deceased.

It is recommended to make a photocopy of tickets, passport pages (both foreign and domestic) with biographical data, visas, registration stamp, driver's license (if any), credit cards, tour voucher, invitations. Be sure to bring spare passport photos with you, including for children. They will be useful in case of loss of OZP, as well as in other situations that may arise in the host country. Copies should be kept separate from originals.

When concluding an agreement with a travel agency, we recommend that you find out from its employees all the nuances of staying in a foreign country. Write down the phone numbers and address of the travel agency in the country of destination. It is obliged to assist you during your holiday, especially with regard to accommodation, conditions of stay, the level of services and meals. These issues are not included in the functions of the consular service.

We advise, if possible, to study information about the host state: the political situation, climatic conditions, laws and customs, behavior in public and other places. All this information can be found on the Internet.

If you are going to the countries of South, Southeast Asia or Africa, you will be required to strictly observe discipline, norms of adequate social behavior and hygiene rules.

It should be borne in mind that in many Muslim countries, the norms of behavior are determined by Sharia law, which strictly regulates the relationship between men and women, prohibits the use of alcohol, etc. If you are in a Muslim country during Ramadan (the month of fasting), refrain from eating and smoking during daylight hours in public places.

In order to prevent the occurrence of unwanted incidents, Russian citizens are recommended to:

Show friendliness to the local population, reckon with their way of life;

Be patient, do not be rude, do not raise your voice, do not humiliate the dignity of the local population;

Respect local customs and traditions, not show arrogance and disregard for local culture, and also not allow insulting statements in relation to the leaders of the host country;

Do not appear in public places or on the street while intoxicated, as well as consume alcoholic beverages in places not designated for these purposes.

Russian citizens arriving abroad for a period of more than three months are required to register with the foreigners' registration office in some countries (for example, in India).

When planning your trip, you should keep in mind that in a number of countries there are areas where entry is restricted or prohibited for foreigners. Therefore, it will not be superfluous to discuss in detail with the travel company the proposed places to visit.

To keep in mind only pleasant memories after a trip to exotic countries, you should take care of your health in the most serious way. In a hot climate and the presence of dangerous infectious diseases (hepatitis, cholera, smallpox, malaria, plague, typhoid fever, etc.) in a number of Asian, African and Latin American countries, sanitary and hygienic precautions must be observed. It is highly recommended to wash fruits and vegetables with antiseptic soap, drink water, milk and juice from factory sealed bottles.

For prevention purposes, you should refrain from drinking in public places:

Unboiled water and freshly squeezed juices;

Fresh vegetable and fruit salads (even in five-star hotels);

Fruit, unpeeled before eating;

ice cream;

Confectionery with fruit filling;

Food ice.

It is advisable to brush your teeth, also using water from factory sealed bottles.

Depending on the country you are visiting, also choose appropriate clothing for the trip. If this is a Muslim country, you will have to bring a “strict” wardrobe with you. Say, in Iran, women must appear in all public places in a headscarf. In many Muslim countries, women in open clothes are forbidden to appear. Strict toilets in such countries will allow you to avoid the increased attention of the local population and conflicts.

As part of the fight against smoking in a number of European countries, as well as the United States, laws have been passed prohibiting smoking in public places, restaurants and bars. It is also worth bearing in mind that in some countries, such as Singapore, a high fine is charged for dumping any garbage in places not intended for this.

If you are taking medication, ask in advance if it is available in the state you are traveling to. In some countries, the medicines you need may only be sold with a prescription, which (for example, sleeping pills or sedatives) requires you to see a doctor. It is recommended to consult with your doctor about the advisability of such a trip for health reasons.

Inform relatives, friends about your trip, place of stay, leave contact phone numbers. It is necessary to have the phone numbers of the embassy and the nearest consular office of the Russian Federation in the country of the forthcoming stay.

In the airport.

Don't forget to complete the customs declaration (if necessary). Keep your checked baggage coupons, which will be required in case of loss. In case of problems, we recommend contacting a travel agency representative or an airport employee. It is better to have an air ticket, passport, money and other valuables with you at all times. In addition, it should be borne in mind that due to the tightening of air transport security requirements, no piercing or cutting objects, as well as children's toys or other objects similar in shape to weapons, are allowed in hand luggage.

In hotel

Upon arrival at the hotel, special attention should be paid to the internal rules of residence and fire safety rules. Examine the location of entrances and exits, elevators, stairs. It is not recommended to leave documents, money and valuables in a hotel room, it is safer to store them in a safe. It is advisable to take the business card of the hotel with you and find out how you can contact the competent authorities in case of unforeseen situations.

This is a paranoid guide to safety in any travel :)

Traveling is not as scary as it seems.

Of course, sitting at home and watching the news on TV, you might think that all over the world they do nothing but steal, rob, kill, rape, etc. and so on, but in fact, everything is not so terrible. It's just that they like to pump up the news to make it more interesting to watch. No one is interested in hearing about the fact that not a single crime occurred in the city of N for the whole day.

If you follow some simple rules, then the chances of avoiding trouble are greatly increased. Of course, there are always extreme people who like to tickle their nerves, but this article is not for them, but for ordinary people.

To some, this list may seem too paranoid, but this is before the first theft or robbery.

Personal safety

1. Do not climb into dangerous places. How do you know if a place is dangerous? Read on travel sites like wikitravel, in a travel guide, or ask a local. Especially not to walk there after dark. The same streets can be absolutely safe during the day and very dangerous at night.

2. For girls: do not walk alone at night in defiant outfits (miniskirts, large necklines). Do not walk at any time in defiant outfits in Muslim countries.

4. In general, look at how the locals, especially women, act. If I see that they are walking around the city along a dark street, staring at a smartphone, also with children, then the place is clearly safe. But in Rio, the female population wears their smartphones in bras!

Protecting things from theft

5. When you hand over things as luggage on a plane or bus, then pack your backpack in a case and hang a lock on your suitcase too. No zipper - sew up the zipper. The longer and more problematic it is to open your luggage, the less likely it is that someone will want to dig into it.

It is better to choose with 4 numbers - they cost the same as with three. And with such a lock, you do not risk losing the keys and running around the workshops looking for someone to cut this lock.

As a cover, you can use a large hermetic bag for 70-80 liters like this or that.

6. Never put anything of value in your luggage (money, photographic equipment, laptops, jewelry). At the airport, they look through the suitcases, see what is valuable there, and pull them out. In buses, they steal from luggage compartments.

7. Let the luggage itself look unpresentable. Better branded clothes in a shabby experienced backpack than old jeans in a brand new one.

8. In the crowd, we always hang a small backpack on our stomachs and cover it with a raincover - a cape from the rain. We cover a large backpack with a raincover.

If your backpack does not have a built-in raincover, then you can buy it inexpensively on aliexpress.

9. In a cafe, we always fasten backpacks to a chair: it’s no longer possible to carry them away “imperceptibly”.

10. For a lone traveler: if you go to the toilet, take a backpack with valuables with you, and ask your neighbors to look after the big one (having previously fastened it to a table or chair).

11. On the beach, usually one of us sits with things (putting his leg or arm through the strap of the backpack), the other swims.

12. During shooting, the camera hangs diagonally around the neck or over the shoulder. In some places, like Rio, the camera is in a backpack, and it is taken from there for each photo, and immediately hidden.

13. Don't put anything of value in your back pocket. For example, in La Paz (Bolivia), it is popular to cut back pockets with wallets.

14. On the bus, do not put anything on the top shelf, especially at night. While you sleep, someone can easily steal a backpack or a bag with valuables. We put small backpacks in the recliner, and then on the floor to the one who sits near the window, and put our foot into the strap of the backpack. And the most valuable thing was in a waist bag.

15. Leave gold and jewelry at home.

Where to keep money while traveling

16. Of course, we didn’t carry all of ours with us. Some were in the bank on different accounts, some with some parents, some with other parents, and they put money on cards for us in small amounts at our request.

17. A separate, always blank card is used to book hotels on websites.

18. We carry money and a card for current expenses in a wallet, and a wallet in a waist bag.

19. Larger amounts and the rest of the cards go in a special wearable waist bag, which is worn under the pants.

20. While swimming together, we put money and cards in. When diving, you have to trust the staff of the dive club, but we close the backpack with a lock with a code. There are also special waterproof bags, they are designed for diving up to 60 meters (thanks to the reader of our blog who shared the information in the comments).

Where to store documents while traveling

21. Nobody usually needs your documents, so they are unlikely to be stolen. You can just put them in a bag in case you get wet and store them in a fanny pack when you travel, and in a large backpack at the hotel.

22. But I would like to note separately that never, under any circumstances, give your passport as a pledge! Motorcycle rentals are especially fond of passports as collateral, and then they find non-existent breakdowns and swindle tourists for a lot of money.

23. Similarly - do not give your passport at the hotel. They rewrote the data, and let them immediately return it, there is nothing to keep your passport all night, as they like to do in. In Vietnam, this is a police requirement, but we made copies of the passports (the first page, visa and entry stamp) and everyone was told that the passport was in the embassy, here is a copy, and everything suited them. They can simply lose or damage your passport, and no one is responsible for anything, and then you will have problems.

Where to store electronics in a hotel if there is no safe

24. If there is no safe, or it is too small, and you can’t drag a laptop to the beach, you have to leave it in your hotel room. We never leave the equipment just on the table or on the bed, but usually we hide it in a large backpack, throw things on top, tie and fasten the backpack, stuff it into a zipper case and hang a lock. A backpack can be stolen entirely, but this is a rarity, rather, what is poorly lying, and which can be quickly reached, will be pulled together.

What to do if you are robbed

25. If you are not Chuck Norris, then just give everything you want, it's still not worth your health and life.

26. Do not look in the face of the attackers, this can make them more aggressive, because they do not want you to remember them.

What to do if you see another person being robbed

27. If you are not Chuck Norris, then just do not interfere and do not shine. The things of strangers are not worth your health and life. You can then come up, offer help when the robbers run away.

Taxi safety

28. In the tourist places of developing countries, fake taxi drivers come across who pick up tourists, and then, at gunpoint, they take them to an ATM and force them to withdraw all the money, or simply rob. Such a taxi can be well disguised, but you can increase your chances by getting into only an official taxi with phone numbers, fares, etc., and even better, one that is called through a kiosk at the airport.

29. Sit only in the back seat.

31. Everything of value (and we should have it in a waist bag and in hand luggage) is taken into the cabin, and not put in the trunk.

32. When boarding a taxi, negotiate the price, clarify what it is for all taxis, and not for a person. If there is a taximeter, demand that it be reset and follow the map in the smartphone that the taxi driver is taking a direct route.

33. Close windows, lock doors if possible.

34. When boarding a motorcycle taxi, require a helmet. While riding, lean towards the lean of the motorcycle, or just sit up straight. If you lean strongly in the opposite direction, the motorcycle may fall on its side.

Dangerous animals and insects

35. Before traveling to exotic places, find out if there are any dangerous animals or insects. It will come in handy somewhere. Somewhere you can not swim in fresh water. And somewhere, if you dip your hand into the water from the boat, you will be bitten off by a crocodile.

Insurance

If something happens, then you need good insurance so as not to go broke paying medical expenses abroad. If you are engaged in some kind of sport (hiking, diving, surfing, skiing, etc.) or riding a motorcycle / moped, then you need to include sports in the insurance. The best option is to buy an insurance policy for active days from - this is international insurance, issued online, even if you are already on a trip, and covers hikes up to 6000 meters.

Outcome

In fact, there is nothing complicated in these rules, and not everywhere you need to follow them all, but remember that your safety is in your hands;)

If you have something to add, write in the comments. We wish you all safe and peaceful travels!

Updated 26/01/2017

Travel safety rules are quite simple, but it is very important to follow them, because during trips and travels people often become victims of thieves and robbers. How to reduce such risks and protect yourself as much as possible? In today's article, there are seven simple rules that will help you avoid trouble.

In our troubled world, security issues are of paramount importance. We try to be always on the alert, to avoid suspicious people and dubious situations. When traveling, it is doubly important to be aware of all possible dangers and follow the safety rules while traveling. One of the highest risks is being targeted by thieves. This can be avoided by following a few simple rules.

Be carefull

When in a group or crowded place, pay attention to your surroundings. Luggage, a laptop, a handbag, and even a wallet in the inside pocket of your clothes can literally "get away" from you in a split second if you are imprudently distracted. Often thieves deliberately divert your attention so be careful. Do not hang your belongings on the backs of chairs or armchairs. A tired and inattentive tourist is always an easy target.

Leave jewelry at home

Do not wear jewelry and expensive clothes that betray your financial situation. Your appearance can increase or, accordingly, reduce the degree of risk, because thieves and robbers have a trained eye. The desire to keep your jewelry should be higher than the desire to show it to a foreign public, so it is better to leave your gold / diamonds at home.

If you are going on a trip to Georgia, then your trip will definitely not be complete without visiting Tbilisi. Blogger Dasha Spodina tells in detail about the Georgian capital. Read about prices in Tbilisi, the sights of the city and much more on her website.

Watch your luggage

When traveling, people often casually ask their random fellow travelers to look after their belongings while they run to the toilet, buy a magazine, make a phone call, and so on. Remember, if your fellow traveler or a new acquaintance happened to be next to you at the airport, bus station or railway station, it is far from a fact that he is the same traveler. Many thieves hang around in these places in anticipation of just such a scenario. If you don’t want to be in the place of the hero of the film “Station for Two”, to whom the waitress performed by Lyudmila Gurchenko said “And your passport is tu-tu! He left for Moscow”, watch your luggage.

The hotel is not a fortress

Keeping in mind the expression “My home is my fortress”, when staying at a hotel, use all precautions. Make sure all locks are in place and working, look through the peephole when someone knocks, and don't mention your room number out loud when you're in public.

Use a safe or a special cell at the hotel not to store valuables in the room. If possible, book hotel rooms on high floors, away from public areas, if you are afraid of street, stray thieves.

Documents love copies

Keep money in a savings bank in different places

Keep money, traveler's checks and other valuables in different places. If you have been robbed, you have a chance that you still have a little more money left in another place. Yes, and the money itself is better divided into several parts. This is what smart tourists do when they follow safety rules while traveling.

A bank card does not guarantee security

Be careful and vigilant with all transactions with your bank cards. Check all checks (especially the final amount) and that it is your card that is being returned to you, and not someone else's.

Perhaps any trip and travel increase the risk of becoming an object of personal interest earning a living by unrighteous means. But if you take certain precautions and use common sense, such risks, threats and dangers can be completely avoided.

As you can see, the safety rules while traveling are quite simple. In conclusion, I would like to urge all travelers and those who are going to become travelers not to become paranoid about safety. Here in the topic there will be one great expression that I personally really like:

An optimist sees opportunity in every danger; a pessimist sees danger in every opportunity.

So be optimistic, friends! =0)
