How to open the chakras to activate feminine energy. How to open chakras

The chakra, the opening of which requires certain mental work, subsequently turns out to be a “helper”, giving energy and forming strength - both physical and spiritual. The potential for the realization of opportunities, talents and gifts directly depends on how developed and functional these centers of power and energy are.

The chakra, the opening of which requires certain mental work, subsequently turns out to be a “helper”, giving energy and forming physical and spiritual strength. The potential for the realization of opportunities, talents and gifts directly depends on how developed and functional the centers of strength and energy are. Working on yourself allows you to get a certain “key” to understanding your body, the flow of one or another chakra, discovering new opportunities and confidence in fulfilling your goals and realizing your desires. Therefore, it is important for a person to know how to open the chakras, what activity to show with each of them, and what sensations can and should be when opening the chakras. For example, in order to develop self-acceptance, harmony and balance, serious work on the Anahata chakra will be required.

Chakra harmonization

Start a long and difficult work You need to work on yourself by determining which chakras are more blocked, what emotions and strengths are needed in order to improve this or that aspect of life, relationships and feelings, and take a step towards the higher mind and the Universe.

A lot has been written about the properties and development of chakras, and you can even find information about what chakras are on our website, but here let’s look at how one or another chakra is blocked.

  1. Problems with the first chakra are caused by fear. The simplest way to fight is shock: facing what worries you and overcoming it in personal confrontation is an excellent exercise for opening the chakra;
  2. Problems with the second chakra occur when a person does not have forgiveness and acceptance of the situation, and also has a guilt complex. The most important thing is to learn to forgive yourself, make concessions to yourself, and not be harsh and cruel to yourself;
  3. Problems with the third chakra can cause deep contradictions with the world, when life itself appears not as a gift and value, but as suffering. This energy center is responsible for unlocking life potential, opportunities for growth and overcoming oneself.
  4. Fourth heart Anahata chakra: the place of love, acceptance of others as they naturally are, the center of goodness and compassion. It is Anahata that makes a person’s heart hard, if it is not open, or kind and sympathetic, if it has been worked well and deeply.
  5. Any lie and denial of oneself becomes the reason for blocking the fifth chakra. Truth is a value, the feeling of which should be pure, transparent and understandable. Thoughts, hands and conscience must be clean and tidy.
  6. The sixth chakra can be closed by rejection, lack of tolerance and a deep conviction in the correctness of personal ideas about the world and people. A reasonable and adequate understanding of oneself depends on the health of the sixth chakra.
  7. Material wealth and a value system are a serious problem that disrupts the orderly flow of work of the seventh chakra, in which lies the ability to let go of everything that does not belong to you, to treat yourself and people as guests in this world.

Due to the large amount of work on yourself, as can be judged from the above, it is necessary to begin active measures on time - opening and balancing the chakras will allow you to qualitatively change your life.

How to open the chakras yourself, exercises for opening the chakras

To work deeply with energy centers, you need the help of experienced specialists who know how to develop the chakras correctly. The practices that such specialists use to activate the chakra have been tested for centuries, have a powerful effect, but require close attention a mentor along the entire path of enlightenment and purification, which is quite difficult in a metropolis or a remote province. Therefore, to begin with, we need simple and understandable ways of opening energy centers and channels. Even the seemingly understandable Anahata chakra requires deep work, needs special attention and attitude.

Hello, dear friends! Have you ever encountered people who seem to be deliberately driving themselves into a coffin? Personally, I know a lot of examples. Some fall into alcohol and “drown” in it. Others become despondent and perceive all their failures as fatal. For still others, all circumstances are going well, but they suddenly get sick out of the blue and are not treated. They are too lazy to do gymnastics, they forget about their pills, they break their diet... All these people have one thing in common: an imbalance in Muladhara. To become the master of life, it is important to know how to open the first chakra. This is what we will talk about.

What is Muladhara responsible for?

The energy of the center is the instincts in pure form. People with a well-developed node have enough strength to overcome basic problems. They are confident in the future, their own safety and are ready to continue living. It doesn’t matter how keenly a person perceives adversity and obstacles. The main thing is that he copes with them.

When there is an imbalance, there is a shift towards physical needs. Fears and obsessive thoughts appear. Blocking a node often leads to excess weight, because a person is afraid of being hungry, he overeats. Reserve instincts of self-preservation are activated, which only interfere with everyday life. The desire to develop both physically and spiritually disappears.

Diseases acquired due to imbalance in the first center are the most terrible. These are tumors, muscle degeneration, HIV and other systemic diseases. The body literally destroys itself. This happens, among other things, through bad habits: alcohol abuse, cigarette abuse and drug addiction.

Reasons for the block

Let's remember where the first chakra is. In women, this is the area between the ovaries. Therefore, Muladhara, like Svadhisthana, is closely connected with the sexual sphere. The center also favors reasonable chastity. The node is not responsible for receiving pleasure, but for reproduction. Promiscuity, fear of pregnancy and infidelity cause imbalance.

Our enemy is everything that pulls the rug out from under us and makes us feel unsafe. This could be conflicts in the family, cool relationships, instability at work, etc. Particularly dangerous are attempts to please society for the sake of any gain. This behavior is tantamount to abandoning oneself.

How to remove the block and develop?

A well-developed Muladhara is immediately visible - it is a healthy, strong body. Therefore, the answer to the question of how to open the first chakra is obvious: love yourself and take care of yourself. In the world of instincts, it is important to be able to move quickly, so train for endurance and speed. Strengthen your body, improve your reaction.

The ideal sports in our case are running and swimming. They use most of the muscles. If you have any health problems, it is better to choose swimming. It causes less damage to joints. Tourism is also useful. It not only improves the body, but also allows the instincts to unfold.

However, there is little physical activity. You need to make yourself feel comfortable. If you are afraid of water, don't swim. Are you annoyed by the bustle of the city? Go to countryside. Don't ignore your desires. If you don't feel calm and safe, you will never be able to remove the block.

Don't give up on your fears! It’s not a shame to be afraid, it’s a shame to be cowardly. Look your phobias in the eyes and sort out your feelings. Is what you are avoiding so dangerous? Fear is a good “mechanism” that sometimes saves us. However, it must work in our interests, and not vice versa.

Exercises

Opening the first node is the easiest, but it's better to tackle the second and third ones first. If you make any mistakes during meditation, the consequences can be fatal.

  1. Assume Siddhasana (Star Pose). The heel should be in contact with the point where the first chakra is located - between the anus and genitals.
  2. Lightly press the center with your heel. Let go of all thoughts, relax and focus on Muladhara. Soon you will feel warmth and light pulsation. It may not work the first time, don't be discouraged.
  3. Now concentrate on your breathing. Imagine that you are breathing through the first chakra. She is responsible for basic instincts, so this is very important. Meditate for 5 minutes. Imagine warm red energy spreading out from the center. It runs through the entire spine and fills the body with strength.
  4. Finally, take a comfortable position and remain calm for a while. This way you will calm the center and enhance the effect.

Don't forget that Muladhara is our foundation. As soon as there is an imbalance in it, everything collapses. Take care of your chakra and develop it!

Have you tried to meditate? Tell us about your impressions and results!

Good health to you!

Interested in those people who would like to engage in self-improvement. Their discovery allows one to acquire various paranormal abilities, strengthen them and also lead to enlightenment and a person’s awareness of his purpose and place in the world. Not everyone knows how to open

This must be done consistently. This technique is studied in detail in kundalini yoga, where by raising energy through the Sushumna channel to the upper Sahasrara chakra, a person gains enlightenment (samadhi) and many wonderful abilities (siddhi). Before you open all the chakras, you need to decide on the purpose of your activities. Those who simply want to improve their health do not have to change their usual routine (except for the fact that they will have to give up alcohol, because alcoholic beverages and spiritual practice are incompatible).

Those who want to reach the ultimate goal of all yogis - enlightenment and bliss - will have to think about giving up meat food and following some rules. These include asceticism and non-violence. Below are instructions on how to open the chakras. The process begins from the lowest chakra - muladhara, to the top - sahasrara.

1. The lower one is located at the base of the spine. She is responsible for human vitality. Here is the source of kundalini - energy that can be awakened and received enlightenment. Concentrating on the chakra, you need to pronounce the mantra “LAM”. The element of this chakra is earth. Before you open the chakras located above, you must definitely work on muladhara.

2. The second chakra is svadhisthana. It is located below the navel and belongs to the element of water. To open and cleanse this chakra, you need to focus on it and pronounce the mantra “YOU”. It is believed that this chakra allows a person to become an ideal warrior, invincible, like the water element itself.

3. The third chakra is manipura. It is presumably located in the solar plexus area. To cleanse and activate this spiritual center, one must recite the mantra “RAM”. This is the fiery center in the human energetic body. It is believed that whoever subjugates the energies of this chakra will become invulnerable to fire.

4. Anahata chakra is the heart center in the human energy body. To develop this center, you need to chant the mantra “US”. This chakra is associated with a person’s ability to love and experience mercy. Anger and disappointment block this center. Anahata is a very important chakra. Before opening the chakras more high level, you definitely need to work on it.

5. Vishuddha chakra, located in the throat area, is responsible for a person’s communication abilities. Hidden resentment and depression block it. Often a person with blocks in this center feels the need to speak out. The mantra of this chakra is “HAM”.

6. Ajna is what is commonly called the third eye. It is this chakra, located in the center of the forehead, that is responsible for the development of most paranormal abilities. These include clairvoyance, telekinesis, astral projection, as well as various types influencing the consciousness of another person (hypnosis and suggestion). The mantra of this chakra is “AUM”.

7. Sahasrara resembles a crown over the human energy body. This is the highest chakra, the development of which is the goal of yogis and followers spiritual development. The mantra of this chakra is "OM". In kundalini, when the primordial energy bursts into saharara, a person feels indescribable bliss. He becomes free from rebirth and karma.

Before opening the chakras, you need to master the lotus position. To do it is easy for some, but difficult for others. In order to take this pose, you need to throw your right shin over your left thigh, and your left shin over your right. This pose is probably known to many, because it is in this pose that the spiritual teachers of humanity are depicted.

For many, the teaching of chakras is more than a metaphor. IN lately they are talked about not only by adherents of Eastern philosophy and esotericism, but also, among others, by psychologists, spa therapists, fitness yoga teachers and homeopaths. Many of my friends have recently been “training their chakras” - actively attending relevant trainings - and are not overjoyed with the results. One fell in love, the other stopped having conflicts at work, the third became pregnant.

The most interesting thing for me is how to communicate with the opposite sex at the chakra level. It is believed that the first chakra, muladhara (the one located just below the tailbone, it is also called the “root chakra” and is associated with the color red, the energy of the earth and the planet Mars) is responsible for our stability, connection with the earth, with our roots, ancestors. This chakra circulates the energy of survival, procreation, the ability to take risks and solve problems. If it is blocked, then the ground under your feet disappears, you feel like a victim of circumstances, your lower back hurts, problems with your legs, joints, and endless injuries begin. Fortunately, unblocking this chakra for a woman is not so difficult - you just need to learn to let a man take care of you. This chakra is male, the energy in it moves clockwise (this is the yang direction), and in men it should be active, and in women it should be passive. Muladhara is, first of all, the satisfaction of basic material needs, and according to the principle of energy exchange, it is better if the responsibility for this lies with the man. According to the teachings of the chakras, a man's mission is to provide his woman with basic safety, comfort and protection. Then it will be able to be successfully implemented in other areas. And the woman’s task is to charge it with energy at the level of the next, second chakra - svadhisthana. It is located approximately 5 cm below the navel (in women - at the level of the uterus) and, conversely, ideally should be active in girls and passive in boys. This chakra (it is associated with the energy of water, which is the feminine element, and orange, and it is ruled by Venus) is responsible for pleasure, sensuality and sensitivity, tenderness, the ability to receive pleasure, beauty, acceptance of oneself (first of all, one’s body) and creativity.

When the second chakra is blocked, we experience guilt, cannot “let go” of ourselves during sex, doubt our own attractiveness and solve endless problems with female organs and kidneys. And if energy flows freely there, a woman is able to endlessly give a man pleasure - through touch, sex, delicious food, warm home, care and tenderness.

At the level of the third chakra - manipura ( yellow, fire energy, Sun) – energy is transformed and returns from man to woman. This center is responsible for social status, money, willpower, control and perseverance in achieving goals, should be active in men and passive in women. For many modern women(and, as it turns out, I have problems too) with this. We want, as they say in America, to have it all - to take an active position in life and control the situation. There is nothing wrong with this if... the desire to control does not go off scale and we know how to switch in time. Back pain, especially in the center of the spine or in the diaphragm area, constipation, gastritis and other problems with the stomach and intestines, as well as anxiety and worry about the future are all signs that the third chakra is blocked. According to energy laws, being afraid of losing money and work is very harmful - especially for a woman. This is how we lose strength and, most likely, sooner or later we may actually be left without funds. Money and status will come - on their own or through your man. You just need to trust the world more.

One of the most important “female” chakras is the fourth, anahata ( emerald color, air energy, planet Moon), which is located at the level of the heart. Anahata is responsible for the ability to experience compassion and love - unconditionally and limitlessly, as well as to charge a man with emotions, inspiration, while accepting him for who he is. It is believed that when a relationship is built on the fourth chakra, that is, you are connected not only by sex (this is a union on the first chakra, such relationships are the most fleeting), not by the desire for comfort and pleasure (relationships on the second chakra) and not by social status (connection on the third chakra) - they have a chance to be truly harmonious. It is also believed that this chakra is associated with our relationship with our parents - the left side of the heart is connected with the mother, and the right with the father. If you are able to experience a state of causeless childish joy, regardless of the weather and other circumstances, most likely your heart chakra is open. Dejection, aggression, the desire to please everyone, a feeling of “emptiness” in the heart, the need for self-affirmation, psychological insufficiency, and on the physical level, problems with the lungs and upper parts of the spine are signs that there is not enough energy in this center.

The fifth chakra, “vishuddha” (blue color, etheric energy, planet Mercury) is again masculine. This center controls self-expression, the ability to persuade and lead, generate and implement ideas, and achieve success in society. If this area is blocked, there is a lump in the throat, difficulty expressing an opinion, runny nose, sore throat, problems with teeth, thyroid gland, chronic tension in the shoulders and neck.

Sixth chakra, ajna ( blue, planet Saturn), is another energy center that women first of all need to develop. It is located between the eyebrows, at the level of the “third eye”, and is responsible for intuition, wisdom, insight, the ability to trust oneself, listen to one’s inner voice, to feel other people - first of all, your man, adapting to him and gently controlling him, or rather, guiding him. Energy deficiency here includes headaches, vision problems, depression, a feeling of being lost and lacking a purpose in life, or when we live too much in our heads.

Finally, there is the seventh, “genderless” chakra called sarashara. It is located in the crown area and is responsible for communication with the cosmos, highest spiritual realization and unity with God. True, mystics say that most modern people this area is closed.

How to “pump up” chakras?

Natalya Ignatova, presenter of women's trainings

I have my own center where, among other things, I teach classes on the “Orgasm Reflex,” which helps to “pump up” primarily the first and second chakras. This practice was invented by the Austrian psychotherapist, Freud's student Wilhelm Reich, who believed that by unblocking the muscle clamps in the intimate organs that arise as a result of parental prohibitions, we release orgasmic energy. The more of this energy you have and the more freely it circulates in your body, the more intense the sex, the higher your creativity, and the more successful you are in life. I watch all the time how, after the “Orgasm Reflex,” girls’ gait, gaze, and complexion change; they become a magnet for men. If you don’t like training, try a simple chakra breathing exercise at home. Sit back, close your eyes, tune in to your breathing. Spend two minutes on each chakra. If you find it difficult to mentally “fill” your chakra with its inherent color, it may be weakened or blocked.

  • Sit back, close your eyes, listen to your breathing. Bring your attention to the first chakra, which is located at the base of the spine. Feel your tailbone, sacrum, pelvic floor, relax your perineum and breathe, directing your attention to these areas, filling this space with red color through your breath.
  • Mentally move to the second chakra, which is located in the lower abdomen and in the center of the pelvis, begin to breathe into this place, filling it with orange - about two minutes.
  • Bring your attention to the solar plexus area. Concentrate not only on the front of the body, but also listen to the sensations at the back, in the center of the spine, filling this space with the color yellow using your breath.
  • Bring your attention to the area chest, to its center. This is the heart chakra, slowly fill it with green.
  • Go to the throat, the area of the fifth chakra. Feel the back of your neck, while relaxing the cervical vertebrae, filling this area with blue.
  • Bring your attention to the sixth chakra, which is located between the eyebrows. Fill the brain area with blue.
  • Focus on the seventh chakra, it is at the crown and above your head. Fill this area with purple.

Chakras are energy points in the body that are responsible for storing, transforming and receiving energy. The very concept of “chakra” is abstract. They cannot be seen or touched, but they can be felt. Each human chakra is responsible for certain spiritual qualities and energy in one or another area of life. It is believed that if a person fails in some area, then some chakra does not work for him. For example, failures in your personal life can occur due to the fact that the love chakra does not work well. Where are these energy centers located, and how to activate them?

There are 7 chakras in total. Each has its own function and is located in a specific place on the human body.

First chakra - Muldahar A

It is located in the perineum or at the base of the spine. This chakra is responsible for natural instincts, inner fears and physical endurance. If it does not work, then the person begins to feel defenseless, lonely and insecure. On a physical level, this can manifest itself through pain in the lower abdomen and spine. You can activate the Muladhara chakra through meditation. To do this, you need to imagine a red energy ball in the tailbone area and tune yourself to the idea that life does not pose any threats. You should feel confident, well-being and safe.

Second chakra - Svadhisthana

It is located at the level of the appendix and is responsible for the feeling of joy, the ability to receive pleasure and the formation of creative energy. People who have this chakra inactive often become angry, jealous, and dependent on their attachment to something. On a physical level, this can manifest itself through diseases of the genital organs. You can activate the Swadhisthana chakra through the return of simple everyday joys. Try to find something pleasant in every day you live, get satisfaction not from the result of the work, but from the process, fight with negative emotions and be yourself.

Third chakra - Manipura

It is located in the solar plexus area. If you often do something not the way you want, if all your plans collapse due to some external circumstances, you cannot muster the strength to take active action, then the Manipur chakra is not working for you. She is responsible for confidence life principles, our desires, stereotypes and choice of path. Physical manifestations of the inoperative state of this energy center are diseases of the stomach and liver. You can activate this chakra by freely expressing your thoughts and desires, as well as by freeing yourself from stereotypes and prejudices.

Fourth chakra - Anahata

It is located in the area of the heart and is responsible for the ability to love and compassion. The physical manifestations of the passivity of this chakra are heart disease, lung disease, and poor blood circulation. Failures in love? Perhaps your love chakra is not working? You can activate it if you learn to accept yourself for who you are and love your body and soul.

Fifth chakra - Vishuddha

This chakra is located at the base of the neck and is responsible for self-realization. If you are lost in life, you are not satisfied with what is happening around you or the lifestyle you lead does not bring you satisfaction, then this chakra does not work for you. At the physical level, this can be expressed through diseases of the larynx, thyroid gland, and throat. To activate this chakra, you need to remain yourself, not depend on other people's opinions and views, follow your own path and be honest.

Sixth chakra - Anja

It is located in the middle of the chest and is responsible for intuition. The passivity of this chakra can be expressed in addiction to narcotic substances, high self-esteem, loss of meaning in life and a feeling of superiority over other people. This chakra can be activated through the development of intuition. It is necessary to listen to your desires more often and learn to feel unity with the world.

Seventh chakra - Sahasrara

It is located in the parietal region and is responsible for unity with the Universe. This is the highest point of human consciousness. It is responsible for spirituality and insight, and is the main chakra through which the energy of other centers passes. This chakra can only be activated through meditation and gaining new knowledge about the Universe and its energy.

Working with chakras is a long process, but the result of all the efforts is worth understanding your energy centers. Awareness of harmony, a sense of joy, success in life and finding the meaning of life - all this can be obtained with the help active work chakras
