Yogurt salad with fruits recipe. Fruit salads with yogurt

There are many options for their preparation, because by combining different fruits with each other, you can get a large number of different variations of their preparation. You can also try experimenting with different sauces and dressings.

Most often, fruit salads are topped with whipped cream, sour cream, condensed milk, hot chocolate, honey, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ice cream. A fruit salad made from oranges, bananas and kiwi, dressed with yogurt, is very tasty. Juicy fruits combined with milk dressing and coconut flakes will appeal especially to children. In addition, this is good because you can cook it regardless of the season.

In this fruit salad recipe I used a bright red Sicilian orange. Its taste with a slight bitterness and tart aftertaste, as well as its color, is more similar to grapefruit than to a classic orange, but in a salad this feature turns into a highlight.

Ingredients:

  • Orange – 1 pc.,
  • Banana – 1 pc.,
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.,
  • Raspberry yogurt or any other – 200 gr.,
  • Coconut flakes - 10 gr.

Fruit salad with yogurt - recipe

Peel the orange. Carefully cut off the white skin with a knife. Divide it into slices. Remove the membranes from the slices. Cut into small pieces.

Peel the banana. Cut it crosswise into slices. Next, cut the circles in half. By the way, bananas oxidize very quickly in air and begin to darken as a result; because of this feature, the salad must be prepared immediately before serving.

Use a knife to remove the skin from the kiwi. Just like a banana, cut it crosswise into slices. After this, we cut each circle into four parts.

Place kiwi, orange and banana in a bowl.

Stir the fruit with a spoon. Place them on a plate.

Drizzle yogurt over salad. Fruit and berry yoghurts are very good. In this recipe I used raspberry yogurt. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top. You can replace it with chopped nuts or grated chocolate. Fruit salad with kiwi, orange and banana ready. Bon appetit.

Proper nutrition is not an eternal diet, but one of the integral elements of a healthy lifestyle. PN does not imply uncompromising restrictions on food consumption. This is a balanced diet consisting of healthy foods and excluding harmful ones. As part of proper nutrition, it is quite possible to prepare a dietary fruit salad with yogurt and other interesting dressings - sour cream, honey, cottage cheese, etc.

Features of fruit salads for pp

In general, it wouldn’t hurt any housewife, and not just a schnitzel, to know how to prepare a fruit salad in various variations, since the variety of its recipes makes it possible to follow a diet by making a delicious salad for weight loss for dinner, and to decorate the holiday table by serving a beautiful salad in tartlets, and arrange a bright children's party by preparing an assorted fruit salad for children's birthday.

The scheme for preparing fruit salad for PP is not much different from most schemes. Firstly, the ingredients are selected so as not to upset the balance of macroelements and not exceed the calorie limit, and secondly, fruit salads for proper nutrition are often prepared without dressing, which does not cover the natural taste of the fruit and reduces the energy value of the dish.

Despite the fact that sweet fruits contain a lot of sugar, almost every salad option is a dietary recipe. Fruits go well with berries, which are used both to decorate the dish and act as a separate ingredient.

In order for the finished salad to be not only tasty, but also beautiful, you need to choose fruits with dense pulp. For example, bananas should be slightly unripe, and of all varieties of persimmons, chocolate or kinglets are suitable. It is worth removing the seeds from large grapes, cutting each in half. It is recommended to remove the skin from peaches and apricots if they are excessively fleecy. For decoration, berries that have not lost their shape and pieces of hard fruit are suitable. All fruits must be cleaned of rough peel, seed pods and stalks. It is necessary to remove whitish fibers from peeled citrus fruits, which spoil the taste and appearance of the dish.

Separate large grapes from the branch, wash and cut each in half. Be sure to use the tip of a knife to remove the bones from the halves and arrange them randomly in the next layer.

The most high-calorie ingredient in our dessert is mozzarella (280 cal per 100 grams of product). We cut it into small cubes and add it to the dish. Finally, pour honey over the salad and you’re ready to serve!

Simple recipe with yogurt

Fruit salad with yogurt couldn't be easier to make. You need to take any fruit, and use yogurt without sugar, dyes, flavors and fillers as a dressing. Natural yogurt is healthy, unlike its “improved” brother, and the dressing without additives will not overpower the taste and aroma of fruits and berries. The ideal option is to make yogurt at home, for example, or in a special yogurt maker. If there is no yogurt, then it can be replaced with acidophilus or matsoni. Homemade yogurt is also suitable.

Whipped cream and fruit

If you want to prepare a salad with whipped cream, you must remember that cream is a fatty and high-calorie product. Therefore, you can treat yourself to this dish only in the first half of the day, and then not often. You can't trust store-bought whipped cream. They contain more sugar and preservatives than the cream itself. Therefore, you will have to beat them at home. Traditionally, cream is whipped with powdered sugar, but it does not at all meet the principles of PP, either in calorie content or nutritional value. Therefore, you will need to master the rules of whipping cream without powdered sugar and without sugar.

  4. Carbohydrates: 6,3

Serve the fruit salad immediately after preparation. Without yogurt, sour cream and other dressing, the salad will sit for a maximum of an hour, then the juice will begin to stand out, the pieces of fruit will look wilted, and the dish will lose its taste, aroma and appearance. The dressed salad is served immediately. The salad cannot be stored.

Some housewives serve the salad and dressing separately, then guests dress the salad themselves or refuse the sauce altogether.

For those on a diet, a salad made from low-calorie fruits is suitable. You don’t need to season your diet salad with anything other than lemon juice.

There are many recipes for fruit salads with yogurt; below we will look at two very tasty and simple recipes.

How to prepare a light fruit salad?

Before cutting into this simple fruit salad with yogurt recipe, rinse and dry all ingredients thoroughly.

The apples will serve as a serving dish for the salad, so they should be approximately the same size. Cut off the lid and tail evenly (approximately ¼ of the height of the entire fruit).

Now carefully draw a circle along the cut with a sharp knife, thrusting the knife into the flesh 2-3 cm, leaving walls 3-4 mm thick. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp and cut out the seeds with a knife.

Clean the inside of the apple with a spoon so that the walls are the same thickness everywhere. So the plates for our dish are ready. To prevent the apple from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice and, wrapping it in cling film, begin preparing the salad itself.

Peel the banana and cut the pulp into cubes. Peel the pear and remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into small cubes.

We peel the orange and remove the pulp from membranes and films. Cut each slice in half.

In a bowl, mix natural yogurt with a spoon of orange juice and season the fruit salad with yogurt.

Now we will decorate the fruit salad from apples and yogurt. To do this, it is not necessary to have carving skills; it is enough to arm yourself with a sharp knife with a thin short blade. Take the cut off lid of an apple with a tail and cut out a flower with six petals. First, we make two oblique cuts, forming a boat, and take out the trimmed flesh. The result is the middle of the petal. We cut out 6-7 of these petals around the tail.

Using the same knife, we outline the outer edge of each petal, leaving a 3 mm edge. It turns out a beautiful apple flower, which we also sprinkle with lemon juice.

We fill the apple baskets with fruit salad and yogurt, as in the photo. Decorate the top with green kiwi strips. A little kiwi can be added to the main composition of the salad.

Insert a wooden skewer with a flower attached to it into each filled apple plate. The composition can be supplemented with a sprig of fresh mint.

To prepare the salad you will need:

  • 3 oranges;
  • 200 gr. natural yogurt;
  • 1 grapefruit;
  • 2 tangerines.

This salad with yogurt and fruit will serve as an excellent “anti-stress” when your mood is at zero. After all, citrus fruits are famous as excellent antioxidants. This dessert will charge you with energy and a great mood for the whole day.

So how do you make fruit salad with yogurt? We rinse all the ingredients well and remove the peel, which can be used to prepare colored candied fruits. We divide oranges, tangerines and grapefruit into slices, clean them of films and veins. We also remove all the bones so that they do not spoil the pleasant impression of the dish. We cut each citrus slice into 2-3 parts, depending on the size of the fruit.

Place sliced fruit in a salad bowl, top with yogurt, mix gently and serve immediately. For dressing, you can use homemade yogurt or low-fat liquid cream. If you don't like yogurt, make a fruit salad without yogurt and top it with orange juice. Bon appetit everyone!

The good thing about fruit salads is that they can be prepared all year round, using seasonal fruits or those that can be found at the grocery store. In winter, fruit salad can be prepared from bananas and tangerines, adding steamed prunes instead of ripe plums. If you are thinking about how to prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast, remember this fruit salad recipe and add a handful of muesli with nuts to the dish.
You can top your fruit salad with ice cream, whipped cream or sour cream. But the healthiest dressing for a fruit dessert is natural yogurt.

Real milk yogurt is a very healthy product; in addition, it is absorbed by our body better than milk. So why don’t we combine business with pleasure: prepare a sweet salad and enjoy this delicious dessert anywhere, in the country or at home. Children will especially appreciate fruit salad with yogurt.
When choosing yogurt for salad dressing, you should follow a very simple rule: the shorter the product’s shelf life, the better. Long-lasting yogurt contains much less beneficial lactobacteria than live yogurt. But what additives the fermented milk product will contain is up to you to decide. We have strawberry yogurt, it is very flavorful and light, 2.5% fat.

We recommend cutting the salad immediately before serving and only as much as you eat at one time. Sliced fruit pulp gives up its juice very quickly, the pieces wither and take on a not entirely appetizing appearance.
It is convenient to serve fruit salad not in one common salad bowl, but in portioned bowls or glasses for alcohol.
The amount of ingredients is indicated for 2-3 servings of delicious fruit salad.

The fruits can be absolutely any to your taste. It’s very good if in summer you include ripe juicy berries in your dessert: raspberries, strawberries and currants. It would be appropriate to add pieces of fresh pineapple to the New Year's fruit salad, and serve the salad itself in pineapple boats.

Another option for decorating the salad is to serve it in cups made from halves of oranges or apples (the pulp is added to the salad).

Rinse all fruits well with water and dry. Peel the banana. We clean the tangerines, remove the seeds, and the little white nets, if anyone doesn’t like them. Cut the pear and remove the core.

Grind the fruit into cubes of the same size. Initially, the fruit salad was planned to be made with mango. But when I started cutting it, it turned out that it was spoiled. Then the idea came to replace it with an apple. True, there were doubts that this ingredient would be harsh. It turned out that the apple goes very well with soft fruits; it gives the salad a juicy, pleasant crunch. The red apple complemented the sweet flavor of the salad. If the apple is green, then it will add a pleasant sourness to the dessert.

We clean the pomegranate and carefully separate it into grains, but we won’t add it to the bowl with the chopped fruit for now.

When all the ingredients have been cut and placed in a cup, season the fruit salad with yogurt and mix carefully with a spoon.

Well, now the best part. We arrange our salad in cups, personal salad bowls, glasses or bowls. Sprinkle ripe pomegranate seeds on top. You can lightly sprinkle the salad with grated chocolate, this is optional.
