In accordance with subparagraph 5.2.41 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 3, 2013 N 466 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 23, Art. 2923; N 33, Art. 4386 ; N 37, Art. 4702; 2014, N 2, Art. 126; N 6, Art. 582; N 27, Art. 3776; 2015, N 26, Art. 3898; N 43, Art. 5976; 2016, N 2, Art. 325; N 8, Art. 1121; N 28, Art. 4741), and paragraph 17 of the Rules for the development, approval of federal state educational standards and amendments to them, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2013 N 661 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 33, Art.4377; 2014, N 38, Art.5069; 2016, N 16, Art.2230), I order:

The volume of the bachelor's program is 240 credit units (hereinafter - c.u.), regardless of the form of study, educational technologies used, the implementation of the bachelor's program using the network form, the implementation of the bachelor's program according to an individual curriculum, including accelerated learning.

Full-time education, including vacations provided after passing the state final certification, regardless of the educational technologies used, is 4 years. The volume of the full-time bachelor's degree program, implemented in one academic year, is 60 c.u .;

In part-time or part-time forms of education, regardless of the educational technologies used, it increases by at least 6 months and no more than 1 year in comparison with the period of receiving education in full-time education. The volume of a bachelor's degree program in one academic year in part-time or part-time forms of study cannot exceed 75 z.u .;

When studying according to an individual curriculum, regardless of the form of study, it is no more than the period for obtaining education established for the corresponding form of study, and when studying according to an individual plan for persons with disabilities, it can be increased at their request by no more than 1 year compared to the term of obtaining education for the corresponding form of study. The volume of a bachelor's program in one academic year when studying according to an individual plan, regardless of the form of study, cannot exceed 75 c.u.

The specific period for obtaining education and the volume of the bachelor's program, implemented in one academic year, in part-time or part-time forms of study, as well as according to an individual plan, are determined by the organization independently within the time limits established by this paragraph.

When teaching people with disabilities, e-learning and distance learning technologies should provide for the possibility of receiving and transmitting information in forms accessible to them.

When developing and implementing a bachelor's program, an organization focuses on a specific type (types) of professional activity for which (which) the bachelor is preparing, based on the needs of the labor market, research and material and technical resources of the organization.

The bachelor's program is formed by the organization depending on the types of educational activities and requirements for the results of mastering the educational program:

Focused on research and (or) pedagogical type (types) of professional activity as the main (main) (hereinafter - the academic bachelor's program);

Oriented to a practice-oriented, applied type (types) of professional activity as the main (main) (hereinafter referred to as the applied bachelor's program).

Creation of cultural programs and socio-cultural events aimed at the creative development of children, adolescents and adults, the organization of free time for the population;

Participation in the development and implementation of socio-cultural technologies in cultural institutions, leisure and recreation industries;

Using cultural heritage to meet the spiritual needs of various groups of the population in the process of cultural and educational activities;

Creation of a favorable cultural environment, stimulation of innovative movements in the socio-cultural sphere;

Provision of the technological process for the preparation and conduct of social and cultural events (information, exhibition, festive) in cultural institutions;

Staging of cultural and leisure programs (information and educational, artistic and publicistic, cultural and entertainment) based on the original script and director's decision;

Conducting mass educational and educational work;

Organization of social and cultural creativity and developing recreational and entertainment leisure;

Organization of socio-cultural support for people with physical development disabilities, participation in activities for the socio-cultural adaptation of people with socialization disorders and deviant behavior, assistance in the family upbringing of children;

Participation in the organization of the activities of institutions, organizations and associations of the social and cultural sphere, the leisure and recreation industry;

Implementation of management and marketing in the field of social and cultural activities;

Organization of artistic and creative activities in cultural institutions, parks of culture and recreation, scientific and methodological centers, leisure centers, additional education;

Development of goals and priorities for artistic and creative activities of cultural institutions that implement social and cultural technologies (cultural and educational, cultural conservation, cultural and leisure, recreational);

Assistance in the cultural and educational work of institutions of additional education for children, educational institutions;

Informatization and scientific and methodological support of social and cultural activities, provision of information and methodological services;

Dissemination of advanced experience of institutions of the socio-cultural sphere in the implementation of the tasks of state cultural policy, in the socio-cultural education of the population;

Development of new methods of cultural and educational work, methods to stimulate the social and cultural activity of the population;

Participation in scientific research of socio-cultural activities, the main trends in the social, cultural and spiritual development of society;

Development of teaching aids, curricula and socio-cultural programs of information and educational, cultural and leisure, recreational and health-improving, animation activities and types of recreation and leisure;

Creation and support of computer databases on the forms of social and cultural creativity, its participants and resources; project activity:

Participation in the development and justification of social and cultural projects and programs;

Participation in the pedagogical design of innovative systems of social and cultural creativity, recreation, organization of tourist leisure;

Participation in the examination of social and cultural projects;

Providing consulting assistance on the development of innovative projects and programs in the social and cultural sphere;

Pedagogical activity:

Teaching theoretical and practical disciplines of social and cultural activities in the system of general education, secondary vocational education, additional education.

Ensuring the development of educational and methodological documentation for the disciplines taught.

Pre-diploma practice is carried out to complete the final qualifying work and is mandatory.

When developing undergraduate programs, an organization chooses the types of practices depending on the type (s) of activity to which the undergraduate program is focused. The organization has the right to provide for other types of practices in the bachelor's program in addition to those established by this Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

Educational and (or) industrial practice can be carried out in the structural divisions of the organization.

The choice of places for internships for persons with disabilities is made taking into account the state of health of the students and the requirements for accessibility.

In which there is access to the information and telecommunications network "Internet" (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet" network), both on the territory of the organization and outside it.

The electronic information and educational environment of the organization must provide:

Access to curricula, work programs of disciplines (modules), practices, publications of electronic library systems and electronic educational resources specified in work programs;

Recording the progress of the educational process, the results of intermediate certification and the results of mastering the bachelor's program;

Conducting all types of classes, procedures for assessing learning outcomes, the implementation of which is provided with the use of e-learning, distance learning technologies;

Formation of the student's electronic portfolio, including the preservation of the student's work, reviews and ratings for these works by any participants in the educational process;

Interaction between participants in the educational process, including synchronous and (or) asynchronous interaction through the Internet.

The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment is ensured by the appropriate means of information and communication technologies and the qualifications of workers who use and maintain it. The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation **.

To conduct lecture-type classes, sets of demonstration equipment and teaching aids are offered, providing thematic illustrations that correspond to sample programs of disciplines (modules), working curricula of disciplines (modules).

The list of material and technical support required for the implementation of the undergraduate program includes laboratories equipped with laboratory equipment, depending on the degree of its complexity. Specific requirements for material and technical and educational and methodological support are determined in the model basic educational programs.

Premises for independent work of students should be equipped with computer equipment with the ability to connect to the Internet and provide access to the electronic information and educational environment of the organization.

In the case of using e-learning, distance educational technologies, it is allowed to replace specially equipped premises with their virtual counterparts, which allow students to master the skills and abilities provided for by their professional activities.

In case of non-use in the organization of the electronic library system (electronic library), the library fund must be completed with printed publications at the rate of at least 50 copies of each of the editions of the main literature listed in the work programs of disciplines (modules), practices and at least 25 copies of additional literature for 100 students.

7.4.1. Financial support for the implementation of the bachelor's program should be carried out in an amount not lower than the basic normative costs established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the provision of public services in the field of education for a given level of education and training area, taking into account correcting coefficients that take into account the specifics of educational programs in accordance with the Methodology for determining the normative costs for the provision of public services for the implementation of educational programs of higher education in specialties (areas of training) and enlarged groups of specialties (areas of training), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2015 N 1272 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 30 2015, registration N 39898).

1.8. The term for obtaining education under the bachelor's program (regardless of the educational technologies used):

full-time education, including vacations provided after passing the state final certification, is 4 years;

in part-time or part-time forms of study increases by at least 6 months and no more than 1 year in comparison with the period of receiving education in full-time form of study;

when studying according to an individual curriculum for disabled people and persons with disabilities, it can be increased at their request by no more than 1 year compared to the period of education established for the corresponding form of education.

1.9. The volume of the bachelor's program is 240 credit units (hereinafter - c.u.) regardless of the form of study, educational technologies used, the implementation of the bachelor's program using the network form, the implementation of the bachelor's program according to the individual curriculum.

The volume of the undergraduate program, implemented in one academic year, is no more than 70 c.u. regardless of the form of study, the educational technologies used, the implementation of the bachelor's program using the network form, the implementation of the bachelor's program according to the individual curriculum (except for accelerated learning), and with accelerated learning - no more than 80 c.u.

1.10. The organization independently determines, within the terms and volumes established by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education:

the term for obtaining education under a bachelor's program in part-time or part-time forms of study, as well as on an individual curriculum, including with accelerated learning;

the volume of the undergraduate program implemented in one academic year.

1.11. Areas of professional activity and (or) areas of professional activity in which graduates who have mastered the bachelor's program (hereinafter - graduates) can carry out professional activities:

01 Education and science (in the field of preschool, primary general, secondary general education, additional education for children and adults);

03 Social services (in the field of social security; in the field of meeting the cultural needs of socially vulnerable groups of the population through involvement in social and cultural activities);

04 Culture, art (in the field of technical processes of artistic activity);

the sphere of implementation of the state cultural policy;

the sphere of organizing the activities of cultural institutions, contributing to the cultural development of the population, promoting the cultural and educational work of institutions of additional education for children, educational institutions, as well as organizing free time and stimulating the socio-cultural activity of the population in Russia.

Graduates can carry out professional activities in other areas of professional activity and (or) areas of professional activity, provided that their level of education and acquired competencies correspond to the requirements for employee qualifications.

1.12. As part of the development of the bachelor's program, graduates can prepare for solving problems of professional activity of the following types:

technological;

pedagogical;

organizational and managerial;

project;

artistic and creative.

1.13. When developing a bachelor's program, the Organization establishes the focus (profile) of the bachelor's program, which corresponds to the direction of training in general, or specifies the content of the bachelor's program within the direction of training by focusing it on:

area (s) of professional activity and (or) sphere (s) of professional activity of graduates;

type (types) of tasks and tasks of professional activity of graduates;

if necessary - to the objects of professional activity of graduates or the area (s) of knowledge.

1.14. The bachelor's program containing information constituting a state secret is developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts in the field of protecting state secrets.

II. Requirements for the structure of the undergraduate program

2.1. The structure of the bachelor's program includes the following blocks:

has the right to choose one or several types of educational and (or) industrial practice from the recommended VET (if any);

has the right to establish an additional type (types) of educational and (or) industrial practice;

sets the scope of each type of practice.

disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports, implemented within the "Discipline (modules)".

Disciplines (modules) and practices that ensure the formation of universal competencies can be included in the mandatory part of the bachelor's program and in the part formed by the participants in educational relations.

The volume of the compulsory part, excluding the volume of the state final attestation, must be at least 50 percent of the total volume of the bachelor's program.

2.10. The organization should provide disabled people and persons with disabilities (at their request) with the opportunity to study under a bachelor's program, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, individual capabilities and, if necessary, ensuring the correction of developmental disorders and social adaptation of these persons.

2.11. When implementing the bachelor's program, classroom contact work provides for group work of students with the teaching staff of the Organization and individual work of students with the teaching staff of the Organization.

The volume of contact work of students with the teaching staff of the Organization during training sessions under the bachelor's program must be at least 50 percent in full-time education, at least 30 percent in part-time education, at least 20 percent of the total volume in correspondence education. time allotted for the implementation of disciplines (modules).

2.12. The implementation of a part (parts) of a bachelor's program aimed (aimed) at preparing graduates for artistic and creative professional activities, and conducting state final certification, is not allowed with the use of e-learning, distance educational technologies.

III. Requirements for the results of mastering the bachelor's program

3.1. As a result of mastering the undergraduate program, the graduate must have formed the competencies established by the undergraduate program.

3.2. An undergraduate program should establish the following universal competencies:

3.3. The bachelor's program must establish the following general professional competencies:

OPK-1. Able to apply the acquired knowledge in the field of cultural studies and socio-cultural design in professional activities and social practice;

OPK-2. Able to solve standard tasks of professional activity using information and communication technologies and taking into account the basic requirements of information security;

OPK-3. Able to comply with the requirements of professional standards and norms of professional ethics;

OPK-4. Able to navigate the problems of the modern state cultural policy of the Russian Federation.

3.4. The professional competencies established by the bachelor's program are formed on the basis of professional standards corresponding to the professional activities of graduates (if any), as well as, if necessary, on the basis of an analysis of the requirements for professional competencies imposed on graduates in the labor market, generalization of domestic and foreign experience, consultations with leading employers, employers' associations of the industry in which graduates are in demand, and other sources (hereinafter referred to as other requirements for graduates).

Professional competencies can be established by VET as mandatory and (or) recommended (hereinafter referred to as mandatory professional competencies, recommended professional competencies).

3.5. In defining the professional competencies established by the bachelor's program, the Organization:

includes in the bachelor's program all mandatory professional competencies (if any);

has the right to include in the bachelor's program one or more recommended professional competencies (if any);

includes independently determined one or more professional competencies, based on the direction (profile) of the bachelor's program, on the basis of professional standards corresponding to the professional activities of graduates (if any), and also, if necessary, based on an analysis of other requirements for graduates (the Organization has the right to not include professional competencies determined independently, in the presence of mandatory professional competencies, as well as in the case of the inclusion of recommended professional competencies in the bachelor's program).

When determining professional competencies on the basis of professional standards, the Organization selects professional standards that correspond to the professional activities of graduates, from among those specified in the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education and (or) other professional standards that correspond to the professional activities of graduates, from the register of professional standards (list of professional activities), posted on the specialized website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation "Professional Standards" (http://profstandart.rosmintrud.ru) (subject to the availability of relevant professional standards).

From each selected professional standard, the Organization selects one or more generalized labor functions (hereinafter referred to as OTF) corresponding to the professional activities of graduates, based on the qualification level established by the professional standard for OTF and the requirements of the section "Requirements for education and training." OTF can be selected in whole or in part.

3.6. The set of competencies established by the bachelor's program must ensure the graduate's ability to carry out professional activities in at least one area of ​​professional activity and (or) the area of ​​professional activity, established in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, and to solve the problems of professional activity of at least one type, established in in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

3.7. The organization establishes indicators of achievement of competencies in the bachelor's program:

universal, general professional and, if available, mandatory professional competencies - in accordance with the indicators of achievement of competencies established by the VET;

3.8. The organization independently plans the learning outcomes in disciplines (modules) and practices, which should be correlated with the indicators of achievement of competencies established in the bachelor's program.

The totality of the planned learning outcomes in disciplines (modules) and practices should ensure the formation in the graduate of all the competencies established by the bachelor's program.

IV. Requirements for the conditions for the implementation of the undergraduate program

4.1. Requirements for the conditions for the implementation of the bachelor's program include system-wide requirements, requirements for material and technical and educational and methodological support, requirements for the personnel and financial conditions for the implementation of the bachelor's program, as well as requirements for the applied mechanisms for assessing the quality of educational activities and training students for the bachelor's program.

4.2. System-wide requirements for the implementation of the undergraduate program.

4.2.1. The organization must have, on the basis of ownership or other legal basis, the material and technical support of educational activities (premises and equipment) for the implementation of the undergraduate program in "Disciplines (modules)" and "State final certification" in accordance with the curriculum.

4.2.2. Each student during the entire period of study must be provided with individual unlimited access to the electronic information and educational environment of the Organization from any point where there is access to the information and telecommunication network "Internet" (hereinafter - the "Internet"), as in the territory of the Organization, and outside of it. Conditions for the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment can be created using the resources of other organizations.

The electronic information and educational environment of the Organization should provide:

access to curricula, work programs of disciplines (modules), internship programs, electronic educational publications and electronic educational resources specified in the work programs of disciplines (modules), internship programs;

the formation of an electronic portfolio of a student, including the preservation of his work and grades for these works.

In the case of implementing a bachelor's program using e-learning, distance learning technologies, the electronic information and educational environment of the Organization must additionally provide:

recording the progress of the educational process, the results of intermediate certification and the results of mastering the bachelor's program;

conducting training sessions, procedures for assessing learning outcomes, the implementation of which is provided with the use of e-learning, distance learning technologies;

interaction between participants in the educational process, including synchronous and (or) asynchronous interaction through the Internet.

The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment is ensured by the appropriate means of information and communication technologies and the qualifications of workers who use and maintain it. The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2.3. When implementing a bachelor's program in a network form, the requirements for the implementation of a bachelor's program should be provided by a set of resources of material, technical and educational and methodological support provided by organizations participating in the implementation of a bachelor's program in a network form.

4.3. Requirements for the material and technical and educational and methodological support of the bachelor's program.

4.3.1. The premises should be classrooms for conducting training sessions provided for by the bachelor's program, equipped with equipment and technical training aids, the composition of which is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules).

Premises for independent work of students should be equipped with computer equipment with the ability to connect to the Internet and provide access to the electronic information and educational environment of the Organization.

It is allowed to replace the equipment with its virtual counterparts.

4.3.2. The organization must be provided with the necessary set of licensed and free software, including domestic production (the composition is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to updating if necessary).

4.3.3. When using printed publications in the educational process, the library fund must be equipped with printed publications at the rate of at least 0.25 copies of each of the publications specified in the work programs of disciplines (modules), practice programs, per student from among persons simultaneously mastering the corresponding discipline ( module) undergoing relevant practice.

4.3.4. Students should be provided with access (remote access), including in the case of using e-learning, distance educational technologies, to modern professional databases and information reference systems, the composition of which is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to updating (if necessary) ...

4.3.5. Students from among the disabled and persons with disabilities should be provided with printed and (or) electronic educational resources in forms adapted to the limitations of their health.

4.4. Requirements for the personnel conditions for the implementation of the undergraduate program.

4.4.1. The implementation of the bachelor's program is provided by the teaching staff of the Organization, as well as by persons involved by the Organization in the implementation of the bachelor's program on other conditions.

4.4.2. The qualifications of the teaching staff of the Organization must meet the qualification requirements specified in the qualification guides and (or) professional standards (if any).

4.4.3. At least 70 percent of the number of teaching staff of the Organization participating in the implementation of the bachelor's program, and persons involved by the Organization in the implementation of the bachelor's program on other conditions (based on the number of substituted rates reduced to integer values) must conduct scientific, educational and methodological and (or ) practical work corresponding to the profile of the taught discipline (module).

4.4.4. At least 5 percent of the number of teaching staff of the Organization participating in the implementation of the bachelor's program, and persons involved by the Organization in the implementation of the bachelor's program on other conditions (based on the number of substituted rates reduced to integer values) must be managers and (or) employees of other organizations who carry out labor activities in a professional field, corresponding to the professional activity for which graduates are preparing (have at least 3 years of work experience in this professional field).

4.4.5. At least 60 percent of the number of teaching staff of the Organization and persons involved in the educational activities of the Organization on other conditions (based on the number of substituted rates reduced to integer values) must have an academic degree (including an academic degree obtained in a foreign state and recognized in Of the Russian Federation) and (or) an academic title (including an academic title obtained in a foreign state and recognized in the Russian Federation).

Persons without academic degrees and titles who have state honorary titles of the Russian Federation in the relevant professional field (People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker Arts of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation), members of creative unions, laureates of state awards in the field of culture and art.

4.5. Requirements for the financial conditions for the implementation of the undergraduate program.

4.5.1. Financial support for the implementation of the bachelor's program should be carried out in an amount not lower than the values ​​of the basic standards for the provision of public services for the implementation of educational programs of higher education - bachelor's programs and the values ​​of correction coefficients to the basic standards of costs determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

4.6. Requirements for the applied mechanisms for assessing the quality of educational activities and training students for a bachelor's program.

4.6.1. The quality of educational activities and training of students under the bachelor's program is determined within the framework of the internal assessment system, as well as the external assessment system, in which the Organization participates on a voluntary basis.

4.6.2. In order to improve the bachelor's program, the Organization, when conducting a regular internal assessment of the quality of educational activities and training students under the bachelor's program, involves employers and (or) their associations, other legal entities and (or) individuals, including the teaching staff of the Organization.

Within the framework of the internal system for assessing the quality of educational activities under the bachelor's program, students are given the opportunity to assess the conditions, content, organization and quality of the educational process as a whole and individual disciplines (modules) and practices.

4.6.3. External assessment of the quality of educational activities under the bachelor's program within the framework of the state accreditation procedure is carried out in order to confirm the compliance of educational activities under the bachelor's program with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, taking into account the corresponding VET.

4.6.4. External assessment of the quality of educational activities and training of students under the bachelor's program can be carried out within the framework of professional and public accreditation conducted by employers, their associations, as well as organizations authorized by them, including foreign organizations, or authorized national professional and public organizations that are part of international structures , in order to recognize the quality and level of training of graduates that meet the requirements of professional standards (if any), the requirements of the labor market for specialists of the corresponding profile.

I.APPLICATION AREA

1.1. This federal state educational standard of higher education (FSES HE, standard) is a set of requirements that are mandatory in the implementation of basic professional educational programs of higher education - bachelor's programs (hereinafter - the bachelor's program) in the direction of preparation XXX Socio-cultural activities by educational institutions of higher education (hereinafter - educational organizations).

III. CHARACTERISTIC OF THE DIRECTION OF PREPARATION

SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

3.1. Higher education under undergraduate programs in this area of ​​training (including inclusive education for people with disabilities and people with disabilities) can be obtained only in educational organizations. Obtaining higher education under bachelor's programs in this area of ​​training in the form of self-education is not allowed.

3.2. Education under bachelor's programs in educational organizations is carried out in full-time, part-time or part-time forms.

3.3. The volume of the bachelor's program is 240 credit units (c.u.), regardless of the form of study, educational technologies used, the implementation of the program by several organizations carrying out educational activities using the network form, the implementation of training according to an individual curriculum, including accelerated learning.

3.4. The term for obtaining an education under the bachelor's program in this direction of training for full-time education, including vacations provided after passing the state final certification, regardless of the educational technologies used, is 4 years.

The volume of the full-time bachelor's program, implemented in one academic year, is 60 s. e.

3.5. The term for obtaining education under a bachelor's program, implemented in part-time or part-time education, regardless of the educational technologies used, must be increased by at least 6 months and by no more than 1 year (at the discretion of the educational organization) in comparison with the period of education full-time education.


The volume of a bachelor's program for part-time or part-time studies, implemented in one academic year, is determined by the educational organization independently.

3.6 ... The term for obtaining education under a bachelor's program in training according to an individual curriculum for any form of study is established by the educational organization independently, but not more than the period for obtaining education established for the corresponding form of study. For people with disabilities and persons with disabilities, the term of obtaining education according to individual curricula may be increased by no more than one year.

The volume of a bachelor's program in one academic year when studying according to an individual curriculum for any form of study cannot exceed 75 s. e.

3.7. When implementing bachelor's programs in this area of ​​training, e-learning and distance learning technologies can be used. When teaching people with disabilities and persons with disabilities, e-learning and distance learning technologies should provide for the possibility of receiving and transmitting information in forms accessible to them.

In this area of ​​training, it is not allowed to implement bachelor's programs using exclusively e-learning, distance educational technologies.

3.8. When implementing bachelor's programs in this area of ​​training, the network form can be used.

management systems of state institutions and non-state organizations, public associations of the social and cultural sphere;

management and marketing processes for social and cultural activities, recreational facilities and the leisure industry;

processes of creative and production activities of cultural institutions and organizations;

the processes of artistic management of the activities of cultural institutions;

the processes of producing and staging cultural and leisure programs and socio-cultural projects using artistic and figurative means of expression;
